Actually, neither of you nor the OP have not put forth an actual argument.

An argument is an attempt to persuade someone of something by giving reasons or evidence for accepting a particular conclusion.

To pose an argument, you and or the OP needs to offer a series of premises (typically in the form of propositions, statements or sentences) in support of this claim (that Geth are not "people"). You/he would also need to provide or agree upon a commonly acceptable set of definitions for key terms (i.e. definition of "people", etc). Now, since Geth are not real (in fact no synthetic being yet exists), this argument would need to be an inductive argument, i.e. statements to provide reasons supporting his claim/conclusion's *probable* truth.

Again, neither you nor the OP have done nothing other than provide the claim. Neither of you has not furnished a single proposition, statement, or supporting fact to lead the reader to reach said claim.

Therefore the OP has not posted an argument, and therefore we cannot engage in it. He has posted an unsupported claim, therefore... Spiderman.

I'll make an offer: should you or the OP offer an actual argument (as definied above: statements and facts that build to and support the claim), I will respond seriously in kind.
