1) Shepard's wound after TIM.

Doesn't Shepard already hold himself at the spot of the wound before the confrontation with TIM. Suggesting that he already is wounded there.

Next time I play through that part I'll take a closer look, but it appears Shepard's left arm is just sort hanging there injured throughout the playable portion - and he doesn't cover any wound in the cutscene with TIM.

Just rewatched it. He actually covering his right side in the moments before meeting TIM. After the talk with Anderson, he covers his left side instead. I was wrong.

"EDIT"

Actually just rewatched again. I am not sure now!

I think it actually looks like he does cover his left side when Anderson talks about being in a dark hallway that reminds him of Shepard's description of the Collector base.

I am by no means saying my previously linked videos are perfect.  I'm simply saying that no one has come up with an effective rebut.  Until now.  You have identified flaws that I think everyone (including MrBtongue) has pointed out.  And yes, each video (including the one by MrBtongue) goes along with the implied hope that Bioware will be smart and salvage the ending.

Based on your highly cynical post, it appears that you probably don't expect Bioware to really do anything about it the ending (correct me if I'm wrong) and that's fine, but, if you are going to make convincing arguments, try to make them without devolving them into stuff like, "!@#$ this video" and then presenting logical arguments.  It discredits your argument that you are presenting and shows an obvious bias that you are supposedly against.

Plus conjecture like the comm device and FTL travel, those are all good points, but, again, are based on pure conjecture, much like the videos.  As for the star brats circular logic, it isn't so much presented as evidence as it is crappy writing.  If it is presented as evidence, it's usually implied that the star brat is Harbinger, or a form of Reaper conciousness (actually, that is proven by his phrase, "I know you have thought about destroying us."  That is a no brainer.) that is trying to justify their existence and slaughtering innocent people by presenting confusing, broken circular logic to Shepard's addled mind.

In my humble opinion, the strongest evidence that IT is true is the fact that Bioware had Shepard's indoctrination worked into the game mechanics themselves then removed them at the last minute.  Why?  God only knows.  But another reason is that IT (whether it's true or not) is Bioware's best chance at fixing their current ending without retconning the damn thing altogether.  However, as MrBtongue stated, if they do go with IT, that is acceptable, but they had better be especially careful with the manholes that litter the IT's plot.
