Haha wow this thread blew up quickly. This once again proves my point, and the point of most people who don't support IT, we are sick of being TOLD by you people that because we don't personally believe in a "theory" that is essentially fanfiction unless confirmed by Bioware, that we are WRONG. You try to force it on others too much.

Most incantations of IT I have read string together what seems to be a series of small coincidences realy quite well, but I believe that there are still enough plot holes/points against it, and it's true that Bioware are HARDLY masters of subtlety.

This thread started out with someone voicing his opinion on why he doesn't believe it, and if other people feel the same way. It did NOT ask for people who are so overzealous, that they cant for one second possibly think that IT may be wrong, to come in and tell us how stupid we are for "not understanding". Stop telling us to "get over it and stop mentioning it", stop telling us that we are wrong, and stay in threads that are clearly designed for discussion of IT. Leave us "stupid people with no creativity" to ourselves, to talk about why we don't agree with IT in peace.

They’re going to be pretty disappointed if BioWare doesn't confirm it and they’re going to be even more insufferable if they do.

This. Though it's fairly obvious that Bioware didn't plan the IT, they might use it and pass it off as their own though (wouldn't put it past them).

When I first read about it, it sounded great.  I even thought it might be true.  At this point however, I'm fairly certain IT can be thrown out the window.  Plus, I'm just sick of people bringing it up.  .

So why'd you make another thread about IT to add to your own annoyance?

So he could tell the IT spammers he's tired of hearing about it?

Kinda funny how no one will admit that there are people who just as strongly yell "NO IT IS FALSE" as there are who say it is true. People are forcing views for and against, tell them all to shut up or none, you don't get to choose to shut up a single side.

By creating more spam about IT and becoming what he hates?

I don't see what's wrong with it, it's nice to be able to vent how annoying the IT is (mainly because of its followers).

My point simply being that if he wants to stop the spam so badly then well he should start with himself. Everyone wanting to 'vent' on both sides of the argument create all the spam that annoys other people anyway.

I could say the same btw for those against IT, they are annoying as well. Can't just summarize everyone like that and discredit something simply becuase some people don't know how to speak nicely with each other. You realise as well the arguments in which IT followers join in (the loudest ones) are the arguments presented by the loudest anti-IT...ers as well. They feed each other, maybe not this OP per say but that was a different point.

I take offense and so should any reasonable person on either side of the debate who debate civilly with one another on the merits of ideas presented by those for and against IT, to have us all summed up based on the most annoying, loud, and ignorant on either side.

In the end, you wanna complain about IT supports, you better complain about those against it as well.

If the same threads about how the IT theory sucks were made every day (like pro IT are) and there was a 2,000 page "I hate IT" thread, I would, 1 thread saying you're sick of it being forcefed to you isn't that bad.

Just couldn't help yourself could you? My point proves itself. I would leave now, and leave us too it. The fact of the matter is that you are in a thread that is for people who don't agree with IT, telling us that we are wrong. Do you realy think that that makes you more intelligent/right/better than us? Nope. And I doubt that anyone in here, that has expressed there feelings against IT in a proper, civilised manner, will have gone into that now ridiculously sized thread that is full of trolls, idiots, and actual people just trying to get a decent conversation and done what you are doing now. And hey, if they have, that makes them just as annoying too. Let people believe whatever they want to believe (at least untill EC), and stick too your own damn topics.

Sure, it's particularly annoying considering it has it's own giant thread and is still brought into discussion everywhere here.

I wonder why they haven't moved that thread to the fanfiction section.....

Yes, you are so right. We should stop discussing things on a discussion board. Why didn't I think of this before? It was so obvious....

if it's about IT, then IT can be discussed. If you don't like it, you can easily go somewhere else on the board and discuss other things. Noone forced you to join the thread.

There's a fanfiction section? I'd assume it's because it is ME3 related, has spoilers, and discusses the endings.

Well there's all the evidence you need, IT is cannon. Seriously though it isn't moved for the reasons I mentioned, because it does have some legitimacy, and unfortunately because it is the most talked about thing other than the endings.

And met with sarcasm, of course. This sums up BSN in a nutshell doesn't it.

And nobody asked you to. Where else do you recommend I go on this forum  to discuss the ending without one of you people coming in and telling me I'm wrong, and clearly an uneducated moron for thinking differently than you?

A question, to you personally. Do you seriously believe, 100% , that it is not at all possible that Casey (and whoever that other writer he wrote the ending with) just came up with a bad ending?

All you have to do is make your own thread and not mention IT, it's that simple.

The entire series is a hallucination caused by the brain damage inflicted on Shepard by the beacon. In fact, the entire series is a dream within a dream, and it never happened. It's a very creative idea which requires a lot of imagination, top notch writing, and is impossible to disprove, and I think IT followers would love it.

A few chants for the believers:

The galaxy is fine.

The Reapers are manipulating you.

The whole matter proves just how fragile Shepard's mental state is.
