Hi all
I hope this is in the right place.

I was just wondering if there is a mod of some form that allows you to restart the game by using your completed playthrough but still allowing you to edit your characters look, gender, background and keep equipment level and so on?  I've looked at Gibbed save editor, but am I right that's only for ME2 and wouldn't do what I want anyway?

Or is the best way to console edit everything?
