I can't seem to stay logged in no matter what I do on any page so the majority of the time I'm un able to do anything but keep logging back in only to be forceably logged out after the next page. This of course prevents me from doing anything, and even the few times I haven't been forcably logged out nothing else on this balsted site seems to be working either. None of my codes to redeem bonuses are working right (even if they redeem I get a error saying thier not recognized, my Collectors edition registration code wont work to register, half the time when I log back in and am not kicked off it sends me back to accoutn creation to go back throguh the 2nd step only to get errors for a dozen mroe times before it goes past it.
This is honestly very frustrating and it I wasn't a patient person I'd probly be really pissed off and want to jsut return the game and get my money back. No company should be putting out something when thier website is this mess up.
Can not stay logged in, and when I do nothing works.

SOLUTION: use windows ie8, do NOT tick "Remember ME", but instead let ie8 remember your username and password, this works for me.
It may work on firefox and others, but I have not loaded any other internet program on to Win7 64bit as I am waiting for flashplayer etc to be 64bit compatible.

I too am having this problem with both Firefox and IE. I have just done a complete wipe of my computer and replaced Vista with Win 7 64 bit. I have the cookies turned on. I cannot figure out what is causing this. >.

I just want to bump this and say I'm also having this problem. It started out okay, but in the last few weeks, I've been constantly logged out at random. This is a problem BioWare (or wheoever runs the site) needs to fix urgently.
