Like something that could actually control the Reapers. Hell, I never understood why the Catalyst took the form of a little kid in the first place. Chalk up another thing I hate about the ending.

Don't the Catalyst indoctrinate you! Fight it!

I no longer believe that jreezy. The kid cannot be denied. BioWare is too powerful. The only hope of survival is to join with them. EA is a machine. It thinks like a machine. If I can prove my value, I become a resource, worth maintaining. There is no other logical conclusion.

Aye, but dump the whole Starchild thing. This supposedly all-knowing AI that has controlled a race of beings that has systematically harvested organic life for millions of years takes the form of a human child? I don't buy it.

Which is dumb.The Reapers have never shown a sign of giving a single damn about what the organics think of them. Why should the Catalyst? Why would it lower itself to the flesh-sack's level? Soveriegn and Harbinger didn't.

I've ran tests and found some rather odd results. It appears that "liking the ending" is not an actual thing that actually exists. I've had a very limited sample to run my experiments on, the phrase only exists on these forums. Even with the few resources at my disposal one thing remained clear. It does indeed appear to be the figment of some rather limited imaginations of some rather dim-witted fellows.

And boy did this go in the wrong thread.
