Hi,

I just finished the Soldier's peak and after playing the game for a while i am unable to equip a staff that i'm carrying. It comes up on my othe party mages but for some reason when i go into the inventory with my character it won't let me select it. Also one of the mage spells i received after finishing the peak seems to always be on like an ability but i have checked it is a spell.

Is this a glitch ? how do i fix it.

Do you meet the Magic requirement for equipping the staff?

Both of the Power of Blood Mage talents are activated. They shouldn't be running all the time.

i should have mentioned that i was useing the staff before this happened and now i cannot switch between my weapon sets so i'm stuck with 1 set of spells. in regards to the second point it is only 1 which is the offensive spell that is active even though its not ment to be.

There's a bug with the spirit damage damage spell. It's supposed to leave a temporary effect on darkspawn where they also receive greater damage after you've cast the spell on them. For whatever reason it leaves a "buff" on you after casting it that doesn't seem to go away.
