I'm pretty sure someone else must have found this already, but I'll post anyway:

I started an Insanity run with my Infiltrator and decided to experiment with Marksman as a bonus power. I discovered a way to get unlimited marksman:

1. Activate Tactical Cloak (I did NOT have the rank 6 bonus power evolution)
2. Quickly activate Marksman. The shorter your cloak cooldown, the faster you need to activate Marksman
3. Wait for your cloak cooldown to finish.
4. Go to step 1.

My weapons to use with this combo? Since I was using cloak so much, I took the M90 Indra. It's really fun with the continual marksman + cloak spam, and can absolutely shred any non-armoured targets. The Scimitar shotgun is also pretty fun.

I rolled with Talon (for trash enemies) + Claymore (for the big ones) and destroyed everything. One of the most powerful builds in the game. Marksman also shortens the reload time of all weapons (byproduct of RoF increase).

Also, you can carry any weapons you want on this build. As long as you shoot right after you Cloak (thus you break it), the Cooldown is always 3s, so you can spam Cloak and Marksman at the same time..all the time.

Intruiging.....I've only just picked up the Talon and haven't acquired the Claymore yet in this particular run.

Funny thought - It would be hilarious if there was a Turian Infiltrator in multiplayer with Cloak + Marksman. Cue forum rage.

This combo is too ridiculous and funny. It's the new ARush/Mattock!

Will put at the top of my to-try list.
