Hi, everyone,

I cant get my Commendation Pack, becouse it dont appear  in the store, but support  aget said that i have Comm Pack on my account, so it is in-game issure.

You're early. Wait until at least Tuesday, 1700 PST. That is the typical time that packs are released but may take longer into Wednesday. Not an in-game issue, just anxious user-error. I don't even think they've announced mission success or not yet.

I'm just an anxious this'll be my first ever commendation pack from an N7 weekend, so I don't blame you for being excited

 FYI, I've never got my commendation packs since operation Goliath although successfully completed mission objectives. Played all the operations (goliath, raptor and etc) on PC but only got the victory packs. Turned off my firewall and enabled uPNP with online feedback on but still did not get my commendation pack. Recently, completed Ops Silencer but  just expecting to get the victory pack only  because of past experiences. Hopefully u guys are not so unfortunate like me & got your comm packs. Anyway, I envy those guys who got it and now playing with their N7 weapons. Posted this issue in some other threads, also suggested devs to look into this and provide some alternatives to get the N7 weapons in Multiplayer.

Sadly, this has not worked for me (xbox360). tried every single weekend, never get commendation pack, tried chatting, called, got "escelated", never been fixed. It's funny to read all the case notes because no one can figure out what's happening, however I still don't have any N7 weapons, so it's not all that funny when you think about it

I haven't received mine either, and its been quite a few days now.
I have received all the earlier ones, within reasonable time, and to me anyway, this one seems to be taking a lot longer than one of those.

Yeah i have not recieved mine either, presumed it was too soon as well, probably nearer the weekend or even after before they are issued

I just got mine, but if you don't get yours within 2 days contact EA's live support and they'll send you one. If you wait too long, the packs will expire and they won't be able to help you.

I haven't got mine yet. I soloed gold on white base against geth, and got full extraction. Does that count as having met the full extraction requirements? I also played with a friend of mine, and we completed gold with full extraction(just the two of us). We have yet to receive the commendation packs though.

me too. never got any commendation pack. i get onky victory packs with medigels or heat clips. lol. did everything with online settings. nothing worked.

Just live chat with EA support. I did it last night. Literally took about 6 minutes and I got my Commendation pack instantly. Id do it asap if you havent received it.

Well, yeah, I would if I could. I can't even login to EA origin website for help, they just keep telling me that the service is temporarily unavailable. Zzzz...

You don't have to login to the EA website. Just use live chat in the Origin application.

Got mine Sunday, i had to email them tho, they activated it within minuets for me, nice emails as well from them
