ME1:

Male: Ashley ; Female: hard to say. I actually like both Kaidan and Liara a fair bit, but I'm gonna go with Liara at the moment.

ME2:

Male: Jack ; Female: also hard to say. It's between Thane and Garrus. Let's go with Garrus for now.

ME3:

Male: Jack again (even taking into account how brief it is), though Ash gets honorary mention (I just did the goodbye scene with her on Earth and I'd forgotten how nice it was) ; Female: it's probably between Garrus and Traynor. Let's go with Traynor.

I guess I like the female Shepard options a lot overall, as I tend to have a bit of a difficult time choosing in all three games. The male options are a bit more clear cut.

I did that scene with a Shepard that was mostly Renegade a little bit ago, and it seems that she still calls you the king of the boy scouts (though in fairness, that Shepard was a Paragon through ME2, so that might have had something to do with it). I was kinda hoping for something like "the king of the badasses" or somesuch.
