I can't tell which SR of all is best. Multishot SR are easier to use and effective. All classes can put it to good use. Javelin is more specialized "anti-materiel" rifle. It's only effective in the hands of the character which can strip shields by other means but it really ROCKS in their hands. I use Valiant more often because i'm not very good at sniping and could miss every third or fourth shot in some matches. It's not too frustrating with valiant :}

I think I posted before that I use my Jav IV over the BW and Val, with a armor piercing mod you can kill lined up enimies and drop all the bosses in record timing, but you need to be away from biotic fights other wise it's useless
