I've read his thread. You have to do a lot of mental gymnatics to believe Synthesis is real in a game that pays close attention to physics. And it has no precedent other than husks and reapers. So there's that....MegaSovereign wrote...

The inaudible sound is actually a really interesting point and an intelligent addition by BioWare. Theoretical? Yes. Proof of indoctrination? No. Then again, gravity is only a theory, so take what I just said how you will.
Rifneno: Even as you jest, just by using the word "us," you imply that you do.
lol denial. Reapers use infrasonic noise in indoctrination. There is no reason for that noise to be in there because it won't play on conventional speakers. HENCE, it is just extra work for Bioware sound techs. Creating sounds none of us would ordinarily hear seems like a waste of time, money, and human resources.
It could just be a bug. Honestly even if the IT was true why would they put a clue that is so subtle that the average player wouldn't discover it without the necessary equipment to do so?
Because they aren't necessarily placing clues for the AVERAGE player. I don't want to sound arrogant, or anything, but it does seem like IT attracts a certain element that is extremely dedicated.
That sounds oddly familiar.
The anti-IT pro-enders say the same thing. "You just don't understand the complexity of the ending."
That's really ironic since they take everything in the ending at face value like it's a Halo game.
Well yes and no. They just interpret it differently.
To be fair, the pro-Synthesis compendium thread proves that some of the literal interpretations of the ending are just as complex as the IT if not more.
People with implants don't count because they are mostly organic.
