You know what. In all the ME, it has you in a scene with your LI before the final mission. And in ME3 you have the scene with your LI before Cronos station...so Cronos station could be considered as part of the ending.

I think, I didn't express myself correctly (english only as third language). While I fully agree that the Cronos mission is part of the ending and, as Fellishbeast said " a non return point", BW could have recommended to simply restart the Earth mission, without necessarily going through the Cerberus HQ again.

Yes (they were talking about 16 different endings after all :D). They also recommand to load a save before the Cronos mission. That is something which intrigues me...

Well if you complete the game, after the credits it sends you back to before you started the Cronos station mission. So it makes sense.

According to Jessica Merizan it is enough to start from the Thanix Missile horde battle if you have a sava there.
I'll probably takt the safe path and start from Cronos Station (I probably don't even have a save closer to the end though).

yes, the report function seems to have been fixed, much to the chagrin of trolls.

The reporting function works but it is not very helpful in a thread that is more than 1000 pages.  Instead, it is best to send a PM to a moderator (or a few).

Thanks again. We'll keep you guys/gals on speed dial ^_^

Really like this guy/gal. The moderators must be expecting a giant S storm if they are giving us tips on how to report trolls. I mean, is that common. idk.

I think they expected it to start the day the EC release date was announced, hence the mods being out in full force.

Right, something tells me that BSN forums will be pretty much on fire after Tuesday. I'll stay out as long I didn't see/play the EC myself...

I'm joining a MP game atm so I can't thoroughly respond to your post, but in regards to the pulsing lights by the beam, what I found interesting is that same effect is seen in the tunnel with the keepers, and there are no light sources like that anywhere. Feels like a projection

Well that's funny cause the only other time this happens in the game other than these two, is when the Reaper on Rannoch speaks to you. The scene seems to pulsate as the Reaper speaks. Coincidence??

why do vanguards always die? I've lost more games rescuing vanguards than by the entire team screwing up on chance.

Lol yeah I'm hoping to download and play it as soon as it's available (I usually stay up late) and I really want to come here after and participate in discussion but I'm afraid it's going to be out of control! ^_^

Do you have any idea how much effort that has been taking me?

People seem to downright reject the whole thing because they don't like it.

And yet I'm still here trying to talk to people about it - and when I do - people start telling me that BioWare sucks and the writing sucks and the ending sucks.

Those are ALL the reasons I'm getting.

I seriously can't take the non believers serious anymore......they haven't been able to give me one plausible reason as to why they don't believe it.

One guy said "Because BioWare can't be that clever"....what am I supposed to say to that?

I just thought of something. What if Star child is really a "Being of Light" but he is Indocterated/part of an Indocterated race? kinda like the Keepers or Collectors. Then again this is happending in shepard's mind, as the IT would suggest, so I doubt it. We don't know what this race is/was capable of and neither does shepard but the reapers know and might be able to use them in a way as they have done with other races like the Collectors and keepers. I don't know It's just something I thought of. I at least hope It gets people to come up with some other things for this theory even though EC is less than 2 days away and it might not be the most useful thing to do.

no. no beings of light. please. no. just no.

respectfully, no.

Sorry, it's a thought that poped into my head while watching part 2 of the Indoctrination theory documentary. I'll try to keep these thoughts off this forum as I watch this video.

First off: Dont rescue vanguards. Either they knew the risks going in, or they are crappy players. Either way, they dont need rescuing.

Second off: You must be playing with crappy vanguards. If I die even a single time on my vanguard throughout an entire silver match, I feel like I have let my team down. If you know how to play a vanguard, you should be the one with the least deaths on your team.

There's just some satisfaction on taking out targets with skilled shots across a map. :P I personally play soldier a majority of the time but I love to play as the Infiltrator quarian as a refresher.

I think he did a pretty good job at debunking "beings of light." It actually seemed like that Volus was the one being indoctrinated, but idk. I really hope he doesn't turn out to be one...I just wouldn't like it..but who knows!

From Monday till Wednesday I won't even read the IT thread. I've made a big mistake by reading the gamers reviews before I played ME3. Without being spoiled, I knew that something was wrong with the endings and it negatively affected my entire game experience. I was also extremely doubtful about the IT partly because of it. So this time, it'll be a complete black-out.
Hell I have three playthroughs which waiting for a conclusion.

For me it's because I charge into a battlefield without properly checking how many enemies there are in the vicinity and checking for an escape route. Playing as a vanguard let's you take to much risk very easily.

Please, don't stop expressing thoughts. I rarely do, but in regards to the Beings of Light I have to say, If they are suppose to be some benevolent race that protects organics from the "machine devils" they really suck at their job. :)

What race vanguard do you play? On my human vanguard, unless theres a banshee I somehow didnt see, it doesnt matter how many enemies I charge into, I'm not gonna die.

Well I've heard that before, and I just say "it's easier for me to believe Bioware are the clever, than to believe Bioware are that silly (face value endings).

Also, note that a lot of people that don't believe just don't understand it, and if they don't watch vid links you provide or don't care enough to educate themselves then don't bother with them at all, a lot of people just dont care about it anymore.

Also this^ After Cronos station you can't do anything except go to Earth. Don't even see why you have the freedom of choice when, in fact, there isn't any.

I remain of the opinion that "beings of light" are merely the Reapers playing "good cop" to themselves.

The Klencory description of beings of light says they were created. If godchild is a being of light, as some people apparently think he is, then he will by definition turn against his creators.

His creators wanted him to protect organics from synthetics. Godchild claims to still be doing so. Godchild hasnt turned on his creators.

So, if godchild is a being of light, he himself  proves his 'created will always rebel against the creators' idea false.

While talking about the Reapers, how far has come "the Reapers being forcibly controlled by Harbinger - theory" ?
