Not really... Well, not yet anyway ;)

If that were to happen, the page count would skyrocket!

And then, it was over.

With the indoctrination theory confirmed and the long flamewar finally ended, the once arrogant anti-ITers and pro-enders quickly disbanded and fled to all four corners of the BSN. The heroes who stood with the indoctrination theory until the very end were crowned as heroes and heroines of the BSN, and the network rejoiced in having new icons to look up to. In the following weeks of the war, they would restore order to the BSN.

The remaining anti-ITers and pro enders would remain a threat to the happiness of the BSN for months to come, but ultimately, they were defeated. In time, they would realize theirown hatred was irrational, and would eventually return to the ranks of the slowly rebuilding BSN.

The network would live on, but only because of the work of a handful of heroes and heroines who refused to abandon their beliefs until the very end.

.. But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked.

Ugh, it was supposed to be a slightly changed version of what Duncan says at the end of DA:O.

I got the reference. But throwing in an ATLA reference is never a bad thing either.

I know the series, and I like it.

Although, come to think of it, I haven't watched legen of Korra yet...

So why does it still feel like you know something I don't?

You got me. I'm Casey Hudson.

Joking.

I specifically only wear that armor during the Grissom Academy mission and the Cerberus Coup mission.

That is hilarious.

Because it's fun to have people mistake you for the enemy, right?

Exactly. Its also why I wear the Collector Armor for the Horizon mission in ME2, and for recruiting Javik in ME3.

Don't you love that? You get no responses to a legitimate observation, then some guy posts a thread with "Wrex: Shepard" "Shepard: Wrex" and gets to 25 pages, complete with ME porn through the latter half.

wow I guess I did miss something while I was asleep lol. I'm assuming it's locked now?

Been a couple of days. There was that Fornax post that went on for better than a day though . That's been over a month ago. So, no, nothing in the last 12 hours or so.

Its a pretty good show. The season finale was somewhat disappointing. Nowhere near as disappointing as the literal ending of ME3 were, though.

Plus its only the season finale, not the series finale.

And why my geth infiltrator is all black with red lights. Plus he uses a plasma shotgun.

Once when I was sprinting towards extraction, my teammate thought a super fast hunter was charging the extraction point and nearly **** his pants.

I have the exact same setup :pinched:
It's actually kind of fun confusing someone and having them unload half a clip in your direction for no apparent reason...

Meanwhile, Liara has that stupified look on her face. She must zone-out when she isn't busy stalking you.

Admittedly, she does deserve a reward for rescuing Shepard from the Collectors... but no, still too creepy.

You're criticizing Liara's face when Shepard is right there looking like he's constipated or something?

Dear god, I would be so pissed if it turns out to be SP.

That means they may have actually lied about saying that all other SP DLC was put on hold for the EC, UC?

It went from sultry to fall-out-of-chair funny at about page 10. It kinda morphed into a betting game over how long it would take the mods to inspect "the post named after the ingame adult magazine" and how much trouble the mods would be in for not shutting it down in the first hour.

When it survived constant page 1 and 2 forum listing for a day, it was a real jaw dropper.

Anyway, a little off topic but a good laugh for ol' times sake.

Just dropping in to say, I replayed the ending again today for the first time since my initial playthrough. Wanted to experience things one last time before the EC.

The beam was really fishy. It was the biggest 'oddity' I noticed. I was really paying attention to everything as best I could. And the whole scene when Shepard gets hit with Harby's laser really screamed 'dream!' to me. To be honest... it did.

It just... didn't feel right. The noise. The music as it hits you. The way it fades to white, and then fades from black back in. How blurry it was when you get up. The high pitched 'whurring' sounds that were so similar to the nightmares. It was just... weird. That whole transition scene really DID seem like a dream beginning to me.

Another thing that once again leaped out at me... after the TIM confrontation Shep stumbles and crawls to the elevator before passing out. He's obviously losing blood and fading quickly. Yet, again we see the screen fade to white, and then Shep reaches the decision chamber and stands up like he's ok all of the sudden. This immediately made me think of something...

Inception. I've heard that apparently someone at Bioware said they were trying to go for a Matrix/Inception style ending. Anyone else heard this? Anyway... moving on. It made sense. I immediately though, 'this is really weird. Shepard JUST passed out from his injuries, yet we see him fall asleep again, and again wake up but this time even less injured'... Maybe... it was a hallucination inside a hallucination?

Like, maybe when he passed out in the first hallucination, he went deeper into the dream. In Inception, when you are injured in a dream, if you go a lever deeper in the dream world you're injury is minimized. You're still hurt, but not as bad as before. It seemed this same concept was in place with the decision chamber scene. Just a moment ago, Shep is bleeding out, now he's standing up right and can even take on a full sprint or walk depending on your choice. That... makes no sense.

Just some things I noticed today.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow. Dammit... some form of the IT better be true. Otherwise, nothing makes sense. I don't see how they explain it.

*sigh* Its going to be a loooong night.

1st one - "Hmmmm... wonder what structure they're talking about that seems to draw everyone towards it?"
2nd one - "Oh, so what you're saying is bringing the entire galactic community into a single location to face reaper forces in a confined area was a bad plan... Ah."

Regarding the first one, my explaination could be that the beam up to the citadel also doubles as an indoctrination device. It is Reaper tech after all. In my WNT: v2 I think I explained this concept well I believe.

Except that Hammer has to fight waves upon waves of soldiers plus a destroyer just to get there. I don't think this is what they're referring to.

But that's cause Hammer was a threat. Indoctrinated People moving to get processed aren't a threat.
