Anyone want to make any last minute predictions/calls? Aside from the usual stuff like Coats, Starbinger etc, I'm going with:

"Tali's picture" not actually her real face but part of the hallucination. Real face will be revealed later, or possibly not at all.
Anderson indoctrinated, has been since shortly after he arrived in London.
Liara indoctrinated, possibly a sleeper agent since the very start.
Bailey had some involvement with the Cerberus coup.
Anderson was born in London.
Partial hallucinations began immediately after 3rd dream, or right at the start of Cronos station.
Spending too much time at the FOB is bad for you in some way.
London.
Full hallucination starts at the mako crash right before the charge to the beam.
Did I mention London?

Bolded the lies you gosh darn liar.;) If this happens I'll eat my hat. And I have a really freaking sweet hat.

Does anybody actually enjoy doing a renegade play through of ME3? I'm currently trying one right now on my third game. After shooting Padok Wiks and Ashley I really don't want to continue on this journey of antagonism.

Ash, nooooo. :crying:

I  don't think I could handle doing an all-renegade playthrough. I mean, I shot Udina and took the interrupt with Kai Leng (who didn't, seriously?) but I wouldn't be able to shoot my party members.

The key, for me, is to strike a balance.  Not Paragade per se, but simply develop a sense of how to choose responses that best fit your vision for your character.  There are plenty of renegade options that aren't about backstabbing people and plenty of paragon options that don't make you sound like Jean Luc Picard.

For example, my last Shepard was a decent guy with serious anger management issues.

I enjoyed it in ME2 because he was more of a jerk/d-bag rather than verging on being sort of evil, but after sabotaging the genophage cure and the way Shepard lies about saving the krogan, even though I saved Mordin, I just couldn't do it anymore.

I vaguely recall someone talking about how the change in renegade actions/responses might be indicitive of a change in Shepard. As in, he does things that are more in line with reaper ideals. [NB: not sure if I've worded this properly]

Long time lurker here. I have followed this thread from about page 200, and I now just finally decided to create a profile. I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome you guys are. Seriously, somebody should give Hellish-Fiend a metal for his infrasound video. So I think that soon enough we will see that IT is for real, and all the trolls will be laid to rest.

I don't get any credit for inspiring his name? ;)

In all seriousness, good to hear from you! :)

Yeah I couldn't forgot all the debating you've done! So I say you belong to the group of Bad-A's that inhabit this thread;)

There was definitely a moral shift in Shepard...or something, lol. Though killing Samara was pretty bad. :?

Well, I'm out. Getting up in less than 6 hours to start downloading the EC.

I'll just leave this awesome video here.

Here's hoping at least part of the IT is in the DLC! :wizard:

For sure a good mix is the best way to play the game. I had never done a renegade play through in either ME2 or ME3. So I thought I'd give it a shot. "shutters":police:

Hell no, I want all or nothing.

If they're going to roll with IT, they shouldn't half ass it.

I think Literalists and ITers alike are tried of the ****ing speculations. We want answers dammit.

Since they aren't changing the ending, there's room for IT as well as answers. It's not a complete rewrite, so you'll still have all the current content that's in the game.

Extended Cut will basically be like a theatrical movie (current ending) which includes the deleted scenes, since there is missing dialogue that I found in the game's files. Those files were put in the game, otherwise, why would they not use them in the EC? Why include them on the game's disc or record them at all? Costs money to do voice work and such.

I'm sure there will be still some stuff left open to talk about after the EC, but the big questions will get answered.

If Wreav is in charge then it is more sensible sabotaging the genophage IMO, in my Wreav playthrough, Eve was dead too.. and I was able to talk Mordin out of it. So there was really no sense in curing Genophage..
