I will probably throw down a ninja smoke bomb and vanish as soon as the EC hits the marketplace. Between the genuine spoilers and fake/troll spoilers, this will not be a good place to be for the first few hours after the EC release.

I saw, and I like your line of reasoning, well thought out and makes sense. Definitely interesting to think about.

Not yet, from what I can tell. I've seen XBL be anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours late with their DLC postings though, so I'm not sure if it's wise to hold our breath.
