One quick question, I have heard that if you had a certain amount of EMS right before the Cronos mission the game would have already locked your EMS rating down for the ending. Would that be a save on the Normandy right before that mission or would that be the first save on Cronos Station you made? If the latter is true, that sucks because I guess potentially you'd miss someting right near the beginning of the mission.

To play the EC they said you should load the legendsave. The autosave that happens after you finish the game. It puts you right before the cerberus assault.

It gets locked in as soon as you start chronos (not on the normandy before). If you load a save on chronos, then possibly, but they have been saying most of the content is on earth. You'd probably be safe, but you never know.

I think he means "significant" new scenes, and not just dialogs explaining how space magic works.
