Hey at least you can play. I don't have a PC or a console at the moment + I'm at work.
I'm completely ****ed.

I think that too lol. Why did he focus on the "disappearing" aspect of it. That's the least significant part of the thoughts behind coats. And not pessimistic? ok. <_<

And this is also ignoring the major evidence to support with with infrasound occuring the the middle of encounters with Major Coats!

I don't think that's necessarily true. 
I think if anything - they will add more into the game for us to interprete.

If they do - maybe we can convience more people.

He didn't ignore it. He had already compiled all of his evidence before you produced that video. He was already in the editing stage by then.

Good evidence as in the Coats theory? Or good evidence as in the IT? If it's the latter I've generally never accepted the IT because I wouldn't believe they'd release the game without a ending. Either way I'm going to get out of here before I'm mauled for being against your theory lol.

Sorry, misworded it (still tired from the long hours I put into the vid). I mean to say that his exposition/conclusion ignores the new evidence, not that he himself ignored it.

We're not crazy.  There is a core IT, based on lore, precedent in-game, observation, and careful analysis. And while we have been waiting for the EC, we throw around different potential theories and ideas, analyze them, rate their potential of possibility or debunk them. Some people pick and choose some of these ideas as being potentially true about the game and add it to their own "version" of the theory, some reject all but the core of IT.
