Nah ME3 is not a turd. It had some of the most emotionally loaded moments I have ever experienced and your tiem spent with the squad in ME2 could be flet as you wanted to meet and help these people and you felt sad if they died...
The ending is what is so terrible about ME3, I simply cannot fathom how the rest of the game could be so good and they drop the ball like that in the final part. IT is my only hope in that regard.
Well, here's my reasoning for Declaration of Turdom:
-Most Epic Event in ME history, (arguably in Sci-Fi gaming history), all crammed into one sequal
-Virtually all ME2 characters are sidelined, regardless of romance status
-Minimal sense of scale/exposure to the Reaper War
-Vast Majority of Sidequests are Eavesdrop initiated Fetch Quests
-Vast Majority of previous choices do not change events, but mearly who the actor is
-Quest Log is garbage and doesn't update
-Exploration is dampened by minimal real sidequests and Reaper chases, (good in concept, not is practice IMO)
-Shipped with a half-baked Ending, which is "extended", but still includes narration over a slide show
-No closure of Shepard or love interest, just death or more questions
Bottom line? Rushed Game is Rushed. It seriously feels shallow compared to the line it comes from. Once again, in my opinion... and the Chinchillas.
