So guys I don't know if anyone else felt the same way but I fee (and this was on my first playthrough as well as now) that harbinger was looking directly at me and the normandy and wasn't shooting. when the normandy flies away it seems like those lights are just focused in on the ship

Yes, I did feel that way. It was like he was staring at the Normandy...

Well... I guess we are back at square one with this. because of the breath scene, people can say shepard some how survived everything (including re-entry), or it can be seen as the IT still being correct, and anything after the beam hitting shepard STILL being an illusion. So... being part of the latter category, the EC essentially changes nothing.

Liked the new cinematics and star child scene though!

All I can say is...

Wow, I'm glad I've been a part of this thread. Because honestly, if I was a literalist I'd be foaming at the mouth right now with rage.

And even so, I'm still angry. Ignore what the endings all were, this Extended Cut felt sloppy. I mean really, 3 months with your whole team and this is what Bioware comes up with?

For every plot hole addressed, several more are added. The graphics for synthesis actually scream 'laziness' due to their terrible quality (it was pointed out its the same skin used for VI's). There's still a lack of variety. The refuse option is a slap in the face.

And best yet, Bioware lied again. They changed the endings. The Rachni still contribute nothing to the ending. Choices still didn't matter. And its still a confusing mess.

I really need to stew over this for a while before I can make more rational observations. All I can say is there's one silver lining - the terribadness of all this actually ADDS to IT's evidences. Ignore the trolls, its far from disproven.

Nah ME3 is not a turd. It had some of the most emotionally loaded moments I have ever experienced and your tiem spent with the squad in ME2 could be flet as you wanted to meet and help these people and you felt sad if they died...

The ending is what is so terrible about ME3, I simply cannot fathom how the rest of the game could be so good and they drop the ball like that in the final part. IT is my only hope in that regard.

Well, here's my reasoning for Declaration of Turdom:
-Most Epic Event in ME history, (arguably in Sci-Fi gaming history), all crammed into one sequal
-Virtually all ME2 characters are sidelined, regardless of romance status
-Minimal sense of scale/exposure to the Reaper War
-Vast Majority of Sidequests are Eavesdrop initiated Fetch Quests
-Vast Majority of previous choices do not change events, but mearly who the actor is
-Quest Log is garbage and doesn't update
-Exploration is dampened by minimal real sidequests and Reaper chases, (good in concept, not is practice IMO)
-Shipped with a half-baked Ending, which is "extended", but still includes narration over a slide show
-No closure of Shepard or love interest, just death or more questions

Bottom line? Rushed Game is Rushed. It seriously feels shallow compared to the line it comes from. Once again, in my opinion... and the Chinchillas.

Yeah if the ending was gong to be a purely literal one, I was hoping for your choices to show up more in the battle and the ending scenes... Well at least I got little krogan babies? ^_^

Yeah lol I think we should make captions for it. Maybe on group discussion so we don't get in trouble for going all off topic. ^_^

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't Krogan breed in litters?  So why only one child each?  They are supposed to reproduce at a ridiculously fast rate.

Okay guys, sorry if I wasted anyone's time, I perceived the chain of events wrong after telling Hackett to wait, I first headed for the cabin and that's when the LI turned up, still odd that the chain of events were irreversible from that point after I'd already basically told Hackett we were not ready.

Also noted in the last dream, you cannot stand around for long now, leave your Shepard standing at the start of the dream and a few moments later Shepard automatically starts running toward the kid.

That is still strange. The EC has no apparent reason to fiddle with the Normandy's scripting.

That would happen to me even before the extended cut

I'm still keeping IT in my sight, ok sure the RGB endings brought closure I guess but it certainly didn't explain a whole lot. srsly if IT is false, then how come the bajillion inconsistencies after harbinger's laser blast are still there? why is the catalyst still a kid? did the nightmares throughout the game mean absolutely nothing? why is starchild still all yo dawg all over shepard still. you can't even get a straight answer out of him about anything. why does he flip out and turn in to harbinger for a second if you pick refuse? who. what. why?.. oh look I still have to pick my favorite color and watch a bunch of still images which are largely the same between all of them and are explained poorly. this took up 2gb how? not to mention I still wake up in presumably london. was I there this entire time? How did nobody find me? was it all a dream? make up your mind bioware!

Yeah, that's correct. Third dream always has a set time limit.

Oh yeah, what about the reported change in Shepard's expression in the 3rd dream? Has anyone got a vid or screen shot yet?

"We're not adding any new endings" - Bioware

ME3 pre-EC: 3 endings
ME3 post-EC: 4 endings

Does Harbinger say "Join us" before the beam hits? Or am I ridiculously in need of sleep?

One of my bigest issues actually. Suddenly it's not damaged anymore? Suddenly the color codes are all harmless to technology - well, you know, except for Edi and maybe Geth.

Still not sure what to think. I feel like there is a pick pocked named dlc walking through a cround, heading right for bioware fans.

Well, it's likely I'm in need of sleep, never noticed it originally because I never stood still long enough, which means by poor old grey matter is quite possibly getting some other details mixed up at the moment.

Lol. Well to be fair, each ending can vary depending on your EMS as well as your paragon/renegade scores. And refuse doesn't mean end of the universe, it means a future cycle was finally able to defeat the reapers.
