Right so, late last night Icinix made a post about all those creepy subtle clues we got leading up to the ME3 reveal trailer. I don't remember all of them so I'm glad he did, some of you have already been able to link it somewhat to Indoctrination Theory.

Anyway he linked it to the original post analyzing the evidence and "The Clash, The Singles" album art was one, wasn't really sure what it meant so I youtube'd it, found a 30 second trailer for the "SIngles" album and the first song to play was "London Calling" so THAT got my attention real quick. After seeing that I just figured "Okay, Bioware probably meant London is gonna be in the trailer and that's that." Then I looked up the exact lyrics and saw the this stanza:

"London calling to the imitation zone
Forget it, brother, you can go it alone
London calling to the zombies of death
Quit holding out, and draw another breath
London calling, and I don't wanna shout
But while we were talking, I saw you nodding out
London calling, see we ain't got no high
Except for that one with the yellowy eyes"

Uhhhh, that warrant a Holy **** response from anyone else???

One of the last pieces of evidence listed was an image of a Red Herring which is odd if anything.

"A red herring is a clue which is intended to be misleading, or distracting from the actual issue."

Is this all a precursor to the trailer? Or the endings? Or the original endings before the sligth changes?  Speculations at full power!

I liked the TIM/Anderson scene because it didn't involve dumb shooting in all directions and you got an impression of an intelligent confrontation.

Yup, Martin Sheen'll do that. Don't you just want to lean back and... listen?

Sheen's VO is perfect for such a character as TIM. You never know what to expect from him.

Another point: kill the Queen in ME1, save it in ME3: result would be the Reapers know of the Crucible and where it's been built but do nothing about it.

I think the Rachni hybrid in ME3 states that it is not a queen.

Doesn't matter, the Reapers control the Rachni going to support the Crucible, meaning the Reapers then know of the location.

The rachni turn against you in that case. In the codex it should be under Rachni Treason or something like that. It showed up on screen that the codex was updated but I didn't find it there (possibly a bug).

It could go back even further than that. Some have said the lyrics to ME1's end song are eerily appropriate.
"...and I need you to recover, 'cos I can't make it on my own"

They show up in the War Assets, alliance engineering corps gets -100 points with that update.

Btw in every trailer he was in he said: "I'm not done yet."

True, but I prefer to think of that as a hint at ME2's opening events. However, using another song by The Faunts that sounds relativley similar to "M4 Part 2" can be either for "old times sake" or as you say another hint.

That comment along with those from Lance and Gamble's famous tweet were what made me 100% certain there's more to the ending than we've seen, indoc or not.

Nice find!, and yes, it elicited a holy hell from me.

Just a thought here, but I've always found the leak of the beta with the writers script embedded to be suspicious, the red herring?

For the 1M1: we know at least some of the BioWare guys seem to very much like Metal/Rock (clearly seen by ME/DAO trailers, Faunts doing the ending music etc). Now as far as I remember, the first time you saw that one thing with the 1M1 on it was in ME1 when you got out of the elevator, seemingly walking down a huge rift (that scene was soo epic btw)
Now I guess they also like old games, and the Doom tracks are all labeled for the levels they play in etc. now 1M1 could be a reference to E1M1 also known as "At Doom's Gate".
Now: (random screen from google)

this does look quite a bit like the atmosphere that could be in a Doom game.

I was thinking the ending as it is is the red herring, but that definately works too.

The tone of the image imo fits quite well with the first two games.

Could be, could not be. Could be that every clue they released for the trailer (including the London Calling Lyrics I just posted) are all to be seen as the red herring or insiginificant to the game itself.

It fits when you consider Bioware were going for making the player feel what Shepard is feeling, to make it work they needed to deceive the player.
We are a relatively gullible bunch, we find apparent leaks and hints and treat them almost as fact, they say they had to rewrite the end because of the leak, that does not make sense to me, leaks have happened before but developers don't put time, money and effort into rewriting an entire ending, it's a spoiler, they don't rewrite because of spoilers, albeit in this case I think this particular spoiler IS the red herring.

I've looked a bit frame by frame at the stuff you get shown by Javik when you touch him.
There is one, or better two that were quite interesting.
One frame showed Javik looking up, best guess at a Reaper:

That is cool as ****
I'm beginning to think of the whole year zero thing that NiN did a few years back, some of the clues in that were seriously obscure...

By the by I made a poster for synthesis fans

What I was indirectly hinting at the effects, these warps are only in 3 other frames in that movie including one with Collectors, forgot which was the third :P

What I find interesting about the leaked script is how little has changed despite them supposedly rewriting it. In fact, there seems to be less indoc hints in it, because I believe it has Shep and Anderson enter the beam together, instead of Shep going alone and Anderson just being there.

Idk, maybe that the Reapers tried to indoctrinate Javik and he doesn't realize it?
