Edit: off-topic, but did anyone who played the EC on a pc notice that their game was really glitchy/laggy? It definitely was on xbox, and a couple of my friends and I had to restart a few times due to freezing.

Quick question if anyone can answer. Do you get the destroy breath scene regardless of how much EMS you have now? And if not, has anyone determined how much is actually required?

One question: Does the Shepard breathe scene appear in the Refuse choice? I guess the better question would be what happens after you refuse? Do the relays still blow up in your imagination?

But roaring 'Serve Us' before firing a beam that knocks us for six but doesn't kill?  Yeah, Harbinger was shooting to stun.  That is obvious.  But if yelling Serve Us was a command, and it started the dream/halluncination that leads to Shepard doing the Reaper's bidding...

Bloody hell.  That's...  Incredible.  For every door closed on IT, massive hole is blasted through the wall letting it back in again.  Its in your face, but subtle enough to not cause everyone to notice it.

Still means we've left with the stupid Normandy rescue scene.  /shudder

Also, I'm thinking about what Maximized and I came up with earlier. He says that he heard the Anderson grunt in the Carnifex sound. I'm not so sure, but I should probably listen to the Anderson grunt more closely before commenting on whether it IS there or not. However, one thing I AM certain of, is that part of the echo of the Carnifex during the final scene in the Catalyst chamber DOES play when you alt-tab out of the game. Is it the Anderson grunt? I'm not sure if I hear a grunt, but I do KNOW that I hear part of the Carnifex echo played when you alt-tab, and that's enough for me to say something is up. I think, though I'm not certain, that the echo is played underneath the drums in the scene. If someone else could check this out and confirm it (Megumi or lex0r? Would either of you be willing to check?), I would be a very happy Turian.

I started a ng+ and just arrived at the Citadel following the trip to Mars. Nothing has changed that I can see so far.

I have tried hearing "save us" and "join us" but they didn't quite fit. When I listen for "serve us" it seems to fit perfectly. At least for me. Are you listening to Epyon's upload? it's clearer without the other noises from the game.

No one knows. What if the Reapers left for one cycle only to return the next. I would like that.

I remember that someone brought it up earlier that Harbinger letting the Normandy go might have been so that it would have leverage so that Shepard wouldn't want to choose Destroy since EDI would still be alive.

Yeah, I was listening to his link, and just replaying it over and over. I am hearing an "a" sound and not an "er" sound. But to me, save and serve sound very different. I'll give it another once-over!

I think it's "serve" - I can hear the sound of the "r" in the word

That's the first plausible explaination I've heard.  Kudos to whoever thought that up

Though quite why they couldn't do it before or after the beam run...  Still seems...  Unclear...

When I saw the high EMS scene start, I freaked out, since I remembered the deleted scene.  Thankfully, my freak out was miss placed, since they made it, probably because Harbinger LET them live.  Also, I loved it was Garrus said that I NEEDED to come back alive, even though he was the better shot (Or something to that effect.).  That was so cool. :happy:
