The citadel is clearly damaged badly after destroy, but the damage is abled to be repaired, so I believe that the higher EMS means the crucible was in better shape, which means the blast is more controlled.  A more controlled blast allows shepard to ride a piece of the rubble back to earth.  It may sound a bit far fetched, but this is the guy who was revived after dieing.

Right. And she died due to what? Oh right! Reentry to a planet's atmosphere! And at that time she was wearing fully intact armor and not injured in anyway.

'Riding' a piece of rubble doesnt even make sense. It'd still be falling super fast when it hit the ground. Its not like space metal falls at the same rate of speed as an empty plastic bag.

Actually, even though I don't believe in IT, I find that the Shepard wake up scene is the most vital pice of evidence that I don't have "water tight" evidence against.  Besides the change in the memoiral scene, which shows their is a possiblity of a reunion, the scene sticks out like a sore thumb.  WHY is this scene shown after everything else?  I mean, Shepard's breath scene is shown even after the rebuilding, which is going to take months at least.  Is this Bioware's little input to say that maybe everything was a dream and the EC just details that dream a little more.  Bioware kept this the way it is, because they WANT people to keep guessing.  There will be NO MORE ENDING DLC, evident in the many Bioware Developer posts stating such.  They want debate to continue, because Mass Effect 3 will live on in that debate, even after the final DLC hits the shelf.

My belief is that the wake up scene is akin to the spinner scene in Inception.  While there will not be any more clarification from the developer, the debate must go on.

Basica

Yeah the only issue is that I dont think there can be much debate about the breath scene-  Shepard isnt superman, how is it at all possible for him to survive that citadel explosion when he is right at the centre of it??

No amount of ECs will explain that from a literal POV.

Exactly

Sorry Byne, the bag would fall at the same rate. Part of the reason Shepard didn't die (kind of) before is because that planet's atmosphere is thin (little friction) and it had low gravity (Shepard would fall slower and friction would be reduced even more).

Actually, the bag would fall slower due to air resistance.  It would be like a very crude parachute.

It all depends of the surface area of the 2 objects. I would imagine a piece of "space metal" would have more surface area than a bag...

Did somebody say "Space Metal"?

This anyone still buy the whole "followed you up" thing?
Now it even makes less sense since he had much more time to get past you, even before you get hit.
also anybody notice the pause from anderson when shepard asked if he was up there too.
it might be just a coincidence but i just found it strange.

also HE followed us up well I did not See him behind me yet alone on the GROUND and Shepard is only knocked out for a few seconds and then happens to make a weird sound right when Anderson say's " Shepard."

Guys, that "Mako wheel" was debunked as a bad color palette in the video it was taken from. If you view the video with a higher quality codec, that "wheel" is not there.

LOL. Do you see!? The Catalyst says "So be it." !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe it's a message from BioWare, a hint !!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are considering IT and wink to the IT community by playing with words. Plus, the Rejection option was clearly added based on fan feedback. Proof: shooting the Catalyst was viral on BSN in March.

BioWare added the Rejection option in the EC because they see the potential in IT but to not give it away completely they camouflaged it in the Catalyst's short answer. Adding the bassy voice further distracts the player from the actual meaning because you concentrate on the sudden change in his voice rather than on discovering what it might mean that he says.

The most obvious things are always the easiest to miss. "So be IT."

Plus, why would he suddenly change his voice? He gets angry because Shepard rejected the attempted indoctrination.

Agreed. What has been verified by Bioware, though, is that Shepard alive is a FACT. No room for interpretation there. IT IS SHEPARD.

Oh and I forgot that you unlock Synthesis first after you get Destroy and Control not including refuse/reject because it's in all EMS high, or LOW EMS, but then if you go Higher you get Shepard lives in Destroy and that is after unlocking Synthesis.

I think what you're trying to say is it takes more EMS for Shepard to live in destroy than to unlock synthesis? That is interesting because it goes against synthesis being implied as the best option.

Yes I am because if you think about it did you unlock Synthesis with less then 4,000 EMS, and did you pick Destroy and did not get the Breath Scene?

Because I hade over 5,000 EMS and I got Destroy so I don't know what's the the limit to get Shepard Breath scene but ua that's what I ment.

So, Paxxton, are you straight up trying to make it easier for literalists to write us all off as being crazy idiots who see evidence absolutely everywhere, or what?

No, I really appreciate playing with words by BioWare in this case. Just happens to make complete sense with IT as well as fits with the story.

believe me, you guys have already crossed that bridge. no hard feelings, but shouldnt you find evidence for other theories somewhere else by now? you truely have a talent for finding the little things, but i feel like your talent is wasted here. there was no indoctrination - time to move on.

The idea is still viable in the spectrum of interpretation, but temper your expectations.

And everyone stop being rude to Paxxton he is only trying to give hope to IT and we have already lost a lot of Support from the Past EC do we really need to lose another one of us who as no Doubt been with us since IT was born.

And I don't me we have but we lost good people but we gain some new friends.
