No. Firstly I don't know who that is. Secondly IT doesn't require post-ending DLC. And thirdly I take whatever people claiming to know what's coming with a massive grain of salt based on previous things said that were untrue. And lastly I have to ask why Bioware would EVER spoil what's coming up next, because admitting nothing is coming after the ending would ruin potential for the future DLC's sales.
So no. Not in the slightest.

Well if you take this all at face value, that's fine.
But the fact is, the question was never answered and more hints were thrown to support a non-literal ending.
So whoever this guy is, I don't much care. They said they were leaving it open to interpretation, and they did. So why would they then send someone who isn't well known to declare otherwise? They wouldn't.

The combat dialogue pisses me off the most though. Because it means they were also going to have scenes with Quarians and Geth fighting Reapers. Here are some more examples if you're interested.

Yeah, I've yet to see a professional scriptwriter say, "you go ahead and imagine your endings yourself".
Yes, there are endings like LOST's, Sopranos (thank god they didn't do that one), Mulholland Drive, Blade Runner...
With the EC they nearly managed to do a Blade Runner, but IT (in some varieties) doesn't allow a too ambiguous ending, simply because we were promised an ending to the war.
So IT is a very special kind of 'arty' ending, as in, it's nature doesn't allow it, as it would just leave the ending hanging. The original ending somehow did this. The EC however...
This EC is actually strange, because they altered the ending so much (not THAT much, but still a lot) that it makes me question the purpose of the original ending...
was it a test?

It seems to be "let's dick around with our fans' heads for a while, see how long they put up with it." Coming out with those smug little teases, like "don't delete your saves!" and "did you notice that about the Destroy ending?"
I just don't get it. Ambiguity can go suck my dick. Just give us an answer, tell us, straight up, what the deal is. No-one wants all this "clever" "artistic" gob****e. Because it's not clever or artistic. It's cruel to string us all along like this. No-one likes it.

Just like those times when we didn't have a Geth Squadmate, a Prothean Squadmate, we didn't need to play MP to get the best endings, and when we got wildly divergent endings based on our choices.
I like Tully, he's a cool dude, but even if he were telling the truth as it stands now, nothing, absolutely nothing, stops the producers from going back on those words should plans change from what they've told others. Tully is a community coordinator, not part of the decision makers in development.
