I've been fairly absent the last couple days but I don't think we've found anything major.

No major evidence. The only things going on currently I think are examining Shepard's reactions in the third dream, and the conduit run being real or dream.

No consensus yet.

And in case any of you care to hear his thoughts, Julian is not happy.

I completely agree with everything he says. Although there will not be a sequel and even if there was it would not have anything to do with the IT. That I do not think will happen, though he was just speculating it as a possibility.

Anywho... Julian did not like the EC.

All of his points were valid in my mind. Same garbage just now with sprinkles.

Last thing I remember talking about was how the shadows you see while walking towards the control panel on the citadel look suspitiously like figures (or rather, husks), and then further up they look like Cerberus icons.

Its teneous, but interesting none the less.

I don't like how quickly that happened, no, but we're not entirely sure if Joker prepared for the worst and had the Normandy relatively close by in the chance of an emergency (are we?).  Emotional intent trumps questionable logic in that situation, in my opinion.  Again, that would be the second time we're seeing a false emotional goodbye.  That's a lot to swallow.

I think he's looking at it wrong (I watched about six minutes of the video).

There's an interpretation in all this, guys.

How long does it normally take for the Normandy to orbit/deorbit? Because it looked on Virmire like it was a matter of seconds iirc.

The game goes out of it's way to have Joker tell you he's rejoining the sword fleet. If they were trying to set it up for him to be on standby for a split second rescue, they wouldnt have had him say that. They would have stuck in a generic "good luck Shepard" line.

A few pages back we were talking about how he may have been close by (at the FOB) anyway, so that wouldn't be too much of a stretch. It still bothers me, but whatever. As for where the beam takes you, I doubt it's Afterlife. That was on Omega :P Purgatory, however...I would laugh if Shepard woke up on Aria's couch instead of in that hallway.

"Shepard, what are you doing here?  Never mind, doesn't matter.  While you're here, you could do something about this place for me!  The service is dreadful and the music is non-existant!"

I'll have to look into that.  Where does that line take place?

Of course, it's Joker, and we know what kind of an attachment he has to Shepard and the crew.  "Screw it, I'm going back in case they need me".

The EC is bulls*** that's all he was saying. If you watch the entire video you'd know that. ;)

And he's completely right.

The Indoctrination Theory is based on what one believes and interpets the game. Doesn't prove that is true. Hense, i call it fake, and believe that it is a load of oranges, with monkeys and eagles

Orange monkey eagle? You'll get someone killed talking like that!

Eh. He wanted a definitive answer on IT, and he got clarity of the endings from a literal viewpoint. From what I saw, he ranted about the new devices planted in the game that hint at IT.  BioWare wanted to strengthen the interpretation and leave the theory alone, and they did so. It's flawed, but it's not bad at all.

Seriously, there's a way to look at all the information you're given and arrive at a fine outlook, all the way down to the prenounced, aggressively satisfying representations of control and synthesis.

It's not out of the question then, that he'd break off and be in Earth's atmosphere rather than in orbit with Sword. He'd already be heading closer to the beam, too, once he got the order to intercept the Reapers leaving that fight.
