Too many posts to go through since yesterday, so if this has already been bought up please excuse me.
I downloaded this youtube of the run to the beam to make it more convenient listening to what Harby was saying, certainly does not sound like "serve" to me, anyway that's not the point of this post really, what was interesting was Harby following the Normandy with it's eyes as it took off, Harby was definitely taking notice of it leaving but taking no action to prevent it.

Can't find it but I just googled it so it shouldn't be too hard. Sorry if that makes no sense. Also, goodnight.HellishFiend wrote...

and more recently, possible ramifications for EDI changing her programming.
Can you link me to the page for that on quickmeme? I've got some ideas for Good Guy Harbinger.

Hmm, I still hear "serve", but maybe it's just because that's what I'd like it to be. And yeah, the camera takes special attention to indicate what Harby is looking at, and when. BW made it a point to show that Harby deliberately let the Normandy go. And that is just one of the many things that call that entire scene into doubt.

Anyway Ines, check the last 4 pages or so, the best that I personally have seen all day is concentrated there.
Not counting this one of course.

Have listened about 30 times to it in a row. Depending on what you're looking for, I find it possible both to interpret it as "Join us", "Save us" and "Serve us".DJBare wrote...

Do you think it's healthy to listen to Harbinger as much as we do? Should we get help if we start having strange dreams?

All right, here goes nothing...
This is my first post to any kind of forum in...well...ever, so hopefully I don't mess this up too badly and apologies if I do. I'm actually kind of nervousI just wanted to let all of you wonderful people know that I've been following this thread (in lurker mode) since the very first post of the original thread and I am constantly baffled by how amazingly intelligent you all are. I would have never thought of these things on my own. I know this post isn't much of a contribution to the thread as a whole, but I figured I would let you know that you're awesome-ness has somehow cracked the shell of a painfully shy lurker that second guesses everything she types. In fact, this post is taking me a really long time to type out what with all of my revisions and whatnot
(Am I using the smileys right? Oh well...)
Anyway, just wanted to say that when I finished the game for the first time, I was crushed. I came to these forums to read what others had to say, eventually saw the first thread and, needless to say, some faith in humanity was reastored. Then the EC came out and I was, again, crushed albeit not as badly, but the pain was there. Yet again (and I really don't know how you guys do this), your posts gave me hope. I may not be able to contribute anything substantial (and I'm probably making this longer than it should be), but I'm pretty sure you guys have that covered anyway so...back to lurker mode
