I think the DLC is going to change the context of the ending without physically changing the endings.

For instance, would people's decisions about the end choices change if they knew whether a Reaper could go rogue or not?

I suspect Leviathan is organic. It's not a reaper. It may actually be a cuddle fish looking organic. Reference of the Thorian and Liara saying something about a tentacle monster lends to this.

It this is true...then what is a Thorian doing with Harvesters...also makes Javik's line about Leviathan being a traitor non-sensical...

Edit:  Here is a link to the dialogue, seems to suggest pretty stongly that Leviathan is a Reaper:

Mention of the Thorian, as in a comparison to the way it enslaves it's thralls. I didn't say anything about one being there.

I got to thinking about this -

Javik: I have studied your human religions, Commander--your "Devil" and his fall. Leviathan and its kind deserve the same fate.

I've been trying to figure out what exactly about the story of Satan/Lucifer Javik could be referring to here. Is it that Leviathan wasn't happy with merely serving Harbinger and the directive of the reapers and wanted to take over? Or something else entirely? And if Leviathan is a 'rogue' reaper, could there not be some sort of foreshadowing here pertaining to the story of Adam and Eve and the Serpents attempt to trick them? i.e. telling Shepard in a roundabout way that he should not trust any offers made by Leviathan?

Just thinking out loud. I've only read bits and pieces of the bible, so I'm kind of clueless when it comes to this stuff. But this piece of dialogue I feel really sticks out, especially considering Javik being so brutally honest in his observations.

The bigger point being that the dialogue heavily suggests that Leviathan is  a Reaper.

I think I would too but it better be good and with plenty of content. An expansion simular to the size of Awakening would be pretty cool

It does. It's at least non-organic. It has AI shackles.

This is a fair observation.  But also think that it is important not to lose sight of Javik's extreme prejudice against synthetics...he after all insists that Shep "throw the Legion machine out the airlock".

There are a couple of quotes...one from Liara that says something like, "I don't want you to talk to that tentacled thing again, the only tentacles that I want in your head are mine"...or something like that.

Further solidifying Liara as a creepy person...

That's only if you don't want her tentacles in your mind. Posted Image

True, but I don't think I'll ever regard tentacles as anything but creepy, even if I did like her. Creepy statement is creepy...

Hey, Liara is an introvert who doesn't fully understand the nuances of the art of human communication (I can relate). It's not her fault she blurts out things that sound weird.:?

When you are doing a story about good and evil I think that it is almost impossible to keep all bibical references out if it...As long as they don't beat us over the head with it...I'm ok with it.

Agreed. But Javik's prejudice towards synthetics is born out of his experience with them, versus Shepards experience with synthetics which is different. The Geth only reacted towards aggressions by the Quarians. Javik is clearly trying to convey something about Leviathan to Shepard using the story of the Devil symbolically.
