True, but I don't think I'll ever regard tentacles as anything but creepy, even if I did like her. Creepy statement is creepy...

Yeah...it was a theory with holes to put it kindly.  But I felt at the time it was a direction that we could speculate on, given the information that we had...its a shame, it would have made them so much more interesting if there was still a part of the "Protheans" beating against the glass...

Indeed!  It would have been one hell of a plot twist, and tragic at the same time when Shepard realises they've just killed a potential ally.

Of course, these Protheans would be utter extremists - using any method they can to survive, including genetically modifying themselves to survive long terms of isolation and surrendering individual free will to surve the bigger goal.  Talking them out of their insane and desperate plans would have been impossible.

The Human Reaper could have been a prototype they were creating to fight back against the Reapers, using their own methods and tactics.  Possibly they could have captured a Reaper for their own studies - or have a Reaper created from Protheans that defected to their cause.

It could be revealed that TIM was hiding the truth all along, and he knew the Collectors were fighting the Reapers.  This would easily explain the sudden falling out post-mission, and add a 'magnificent bastard' element to TIM.  Would also foreshadow that he was the Reaper servant all along, even if he wasn't aware of it.

Ah, what could have been.

I suspect Leviathan is organic. It's not a reaper. It may actually be a cuddle fish looking organic. Reference of the Thorian and Liara saying something about a tentacle monster lends to this.

Mention of the Thorian, as in a comparison to the way it enslaves it's thralls. I didn't say anything about one being there.

The bigger point being that the dialogue heavily suggests that Leviathan is  a Reaper.

It does. It's at least non-organic. It has AI shackles.

I sit corrected. The AI shackles could point to what I've suspected - that a single AI consciousness governs an organic gestalt intellect made up of the species harvested. In essence, it's a reaper controlled by those harvested organics. I can't wait for answers, that's for sure. The mysteries in ME 1 are what made it one of the best games I've ever played. ME3 seems to be shaping up that way too.

When you are doing a story about good and evil I think that it is almost impossible to keep all bibical references out if it...As long as they don't beat us over the head with it...I'm ok with it.

Agreed. But Javik's prejudice towards synthetics is born out of his experience with them, versus Shepards experience with synthetics which is different. The Geth only reacted towards aggressions by the Quarians. Javik is clearly trying to convey something about Leviathan to Shepard using the story of the Devil symbolically.

Yes.  Never said his feelings weren't justified.  But that you needed to take what he says with a grain of salt.  If I understand the implications of the dialogue - we will have the opportunity to gain Leviathan as an ally...and that would be one hell of gamble, no matter how you slice it.

I personally found them adorable. I first played ME1 post ME2 release, so I came into ME1 telling myself to go solo in it to go with Miranda in 2, but Liara won me over because of that.

I would bet that mostof us would pay to see IT, which makes it a win win for BW and us. BW and EA make their money, we get the ending that we so desperately want, and the ME franchise gets the treatment that it deserves. This would also rejuvenate interest in the entire ME series again, and would lead to fans playing through and buying the all games all over again. Why wouldn't BW give us IT

It would be too hard not to romance her. But thinking of the endings, it reminds me of how broken she was after you died in ME2. Seeing her like that again would just be horrible. With the current state of the endings it's almost worth not romancing her at all. Like it would hurt her less.

Well, it's kinda hard to do when you're: (A) Transmutated into an AI platform Reaper Deity; ( Destroyed utterly and shot throughout everything in the galaxy; or © Blown up with a giant space station.

(D) is apparently too epic fail to let us know what happened, specifically, after "Reject"

So, if high asset © or IT stand as any indication, we're still going to need ointment. The good kind; that is likely banned... because the best medicine is usually banned for bullcrap reasons. Thank goodness for the Terminus Systems.
