No one is changing their opinion now, and when hardcore IT people declare it as fact or when hardcore anti-IT people come in here and declare it wrong, it just ends with people hating each other.
Don't contribute to it

Many ITers declare it as fact. Many anti-ITers say it is absolutely wrong. No debating will ever change that.

So, do you guys remember such a thing as 25th frame. Could SGI scenes in ME3 25th frame in it?
Since the topic is indoctrination: 25th frame is kind of suggestive indoctrination thingy.
BW did include infrasounds which we can not hear, could there be 25th frame which we can not see?
Sorry if this idea is stupid last time I heard about 25th frame was about 5 years ago, so I dont how is it relevant to games and such.
Just keeping this thread going.

Ultimately, if Bioware didn't intend IT (and I'm one of the ones who think they didn't), then we still pulled together and made one hell of an ending out of the crap we were given. That has to be a triumph of some sort.

Games run at a variable frame-rate, so it would have to be in prerendered cutscenes. Given that, I highly doubt the probability. Possible, I guess, but unlikely.

And although you don't argue much outside the thread (which is a good thing), most of the time I see the "evidence" you bring up I don't bother to look at, as its usually some extreme menutia or some technical error.

This is true. IT when it was first founded was just as believeable, and much easier to accept, than the endings we were given. Since EC and quotes directly Casey and Mac have made it pretty clear, IT is not the intent.Simon_Says wrote...

To say you're proud of IT is one thing and it is something to be proud of. To declare it as fact is a whole other ballgame.

You are missing a lot by not considering my ME3 theories.
Just to clarify that, I think IT is a good interpretation of the ending because it allows for the continuation in Mass Effect 4.

I believe Paxxton was being facetious with the video, but I get the point. I does seem that whenever an anti-IT posts a decisive IT is debunked, the same few people reply with an equally decisive IT is true and the end-all-be-all. And then the rest of us just watch the flames burn until one or two people decide to play firefighter. I try, for the most part, to not get involved, unless I have a piece of "evidence" to put forth countering it.Billyg3453 wrote...

There's no such thing as absolute truth, and nothing is perfect or gaurenteed to be correct in light of new evidence.
However, I will say the current evidence does point the finger firmly in the direction of IT. Its at the point that you'll need to debunk dozens or even hundreds of interlocking evidences and clues. There's just so much, and mostly what we're doing right now is sifting through all the ideas trying to work out if they are wrong or still currently applicable...

This is just wrong sorry. There is no 25th frame it's a myth. Really. I work extesivley with video and film.
there are different methods of recording, and different broadcasting formats.
Film is 24 frames per second,
Video PAL - 25 frames per second
Video NTSC - 29.963 something frames per second. (often they just write 30 for convinience)
When you shoot on film you can choose the frame rate. You can shoot 25 frames per second on film if you wish (you can even set to 50, or 80, or 100, but then you'll get rapid shots (like in matrix))
The truth is 24 frames is used only in cinema theaters on projectors (it is set there, you can't show film from a reel, with speed other that 24 per second) everything else is either 25 or 30 frames per second. A assure you, you can perfectly make out EVERY frame in both. )
You can't make out individual shots starting at 48 frames per second (projection speed) - that's the format peter jackson is trying to implement in hobbit.

Once again, you hypocritically proclaim your opinion as not just fact but obvious fact. Wee. Obviously you haven't taken a look at some of the complete and obvious lies they've told us about the game. Or you're just choosing to ignore them to suit your POV. I'm leaning toward that.

Honestly the official statements from Bioware are so ambivilent and vague that they aren't saying much at all really. Mostly that 'this is it, for now' and 'we want you to come up with your own ideas as to what happened'.
Which is a frustrating stance to take, but I can understand why.
