IT is dead. I think it's time all of you moved on like the rest of us.

It sure is. That's why this thread exists.

I don't think we can determine if IT was or wasn't intended.
From the quotes of Casy, Mac, Jessica and others that I saw I actually think that it WAS intended.
There are so many clues in-game that had to be included intentionally.
I'm not saying that the ENTIRE stuff that we come up with is true, but I truly feel that IT as an idea is what BW intended.

Though only a clear statement from BW will say, it's just like IT itself.

And no amount of arguing either way will change our minds.

Which is why I posted in response to someone comparing this thread to "Warning literalists about the Reapers" that no one is listening because no one is going to change their opinion, regardless of whether your for/against IT.

Which then derailed into an argument about me not liking people who pick synthesis, which was in line with my original point.

I dont much like people who choose synthesis either. There are some things even IT believers and literalists can agree on.

Alduin? But I literally just killed you...

I was pissed that Ulfric Stormcloak is immune to soul trap.  I was going to imprison his soul in a pair of panties and sell them to a tranvestite orc.

(I'm not kidding either, that's the beauty of the PC version and its modability)

I always thought that if someone thinks that no amount of arguing will convince the other side differently, why come into a thread and start arguing against people posting in there?

Really baffles the mind... I do wonder...

Control is more defendable than Synthesis, as it makes sense and is a part of the series lore.

How is this hard to understand? You're
saying it's childish to belittle people for having a different opinion
while you're constantly belittling people for having a different opinion
about a different topic. You're saying it's childish to belittle people
for having a different opinion while you're constantly belittling
people for having a different opinion about a different topic.

The only thing I said was that no one is changing their opinion, including me.
Where did I say anything otherwise? I don't understand.

I dislike their choice.  That choice has no baring on whether I like the person or not.

Ulfric wasnt immune to Dead Thrall though, so I have a pet Ulfric to help me root out the remaining Stormcloaks.

So thats pretty nice.

"If you choose Synthesis, I dislike your decision" doesn't have the same weight.

Speaking of ATLA / Legend of Korra, did you know Amon is Grunt and the Lieutenant (his second in command, 'Mustache guy') is Hackett?

During the episode where Amon tried to get the Arena closed, the Lieutenant even said 'I just got word. The coucil defied your threat. They're keeping the arena open.'

One of the council members should have been like "Ah yes, 'equalists.' We have dismissed that claim."

I think it was a humorous post within an IT supporters thread...
There's nothing wrong with a laugh now and then, and everyone should know to laugh about themselves.

Plus, if you chose synthesis, you are a tool in the literal sense of the word. The reapers needed to use you to accomplish their goal of synthesis.

LOL. I rejected Destroy right from the beginning! I suppose I'll have to play the ending again before ME4 (with IT) is released in 2016.

Then that must mean Shepard, the Avatar of this cycle, has got to go Avatar state and take away his bending.

I honestly wanted to make a one post observation, since I've seen a couple times in this thread and in other ending-threads-that-devolve-into-IT-wars that it ends in 30 pages of "We'll see whose right".

Sorry for causing an uproar
