One of the reasons I prefer european countries over the US.

Remember, guns are just tools. If I wanted to kill someone I could do it with just about any object in my house. Or nothing but my hands. I've always found it odd gun control is thought of as left wing, and people having guns as right wing, because every other case I can think of, left is more individual freedoms, and right is more government control. Hell, even just plain bad things like drugs, left wing, so you can't even argue it's because guns are "bad". Gun politics are so backwards

Let's not turn this into a political discussion, shall we?

The IT theory at face value imo, was an idea that built upon the loopholes presented in the original endings. It also gives Bioware too much credit for the endings, and that fans were able to come up with a more unique ending than Bioware. 

Again, it's easy to become immersed in the IT theory when looking at it in detail, but Bioware wouldn't have given us an extended cut dlc if people didn't complain about the endings. Now that it's out and the fact that it's free shows that they want to make up for it. I feel that people hoarding around the IT theory is insulting to Bioware since this dlc gave me a satisfying closure we were all promised. Appreciating their own work is what a fan should do, not cling on to a debunked "theory" that is improbable through the dlc they have provided us. That's insulting as the fans want their own endings in their own way and don't appreciate the work Bioware has done through money/time since it is a FREE dlc. 


I think its time that fans "wake up" and realize that shepard never had to "wake up" in the first place.

I'm not a big fan of guns. I'm more of a swordsman, myself, and I'm part of a group that organizes renessaince fairs in Denmark and northern Germany, so no thank you. I'd rather have a claymore than a shotgun!!

Sure. I've shot a cal. 45'er pistol, although that was because I was allowed to take part in my sister's shooting training (she's in the military, you see). All i've got to say is that it's not a smart idea to hold it with one hand. it hurts. a lot. 

It took a few ours, but I nded up becoming quite hany with single-handed pistols. you just need the right stance.

.45? Not many forces use those; mainly the Marines SOF here in the U.S. I prefer a 10mm, myself.

And a two handed push-pull stance is preferable.

That's one thing that puzzles me about ME: So many of the handguns have that handguard out in front of the weapon, which would force you to stabilize on an, (apperently), slick surface.

And the SMG animations are just wrong.

Yeah I agree. They will eventually release the truth on the ending either way, so for right now what does it matter?? Also for BioWare why go all the effort not to prove it either way if it is false?? Sure you could argue that Speculation=hype=money, but that goes both ways.

my sister is an officer, and officers in the danish army use cal. 45 pistols.

Aside from being a Gun Nut, I'm also big on history, psychology and philosophy. I could explain a lot of that political curiosity for you, if we ever do Skype/MP voice over... which we seriously need to get the ball moving on. That has potential.

the foregrips are used for pistol wipping. you clearly see that in the animation that appears whaen using a standard melee attack on an enemy.

It gives Bioware the credit for the endings they may have deserved, and that fans were able to compile the information perhaps intended for a unique ending by Bioware. 

Again, it's easy to become immersed in the IT theory when looking at it in detail, and Bioware wouldn't have given us an extended cut dlc if people didn't complain about the endings, as they believed the ending spoke for itself. Now that it's out and the fact that it's free shows that they want to make up for a misunderstanding. I feel that people's belief IT theory is complimentory to Bioware since it shows how devoted they are. This dlc gave fans that did not believe IT some satisfying closure. Appreciating what they did, fans continue to believe in a theory that has plenty of evidence, but does not have to be accepted as the "true" ending. Bioware has enough respect for their fans to allow this (even support it) while giving fans their own endings and interpretations. Because of this, fans appreciate the work Bioware has done through money/time since it is a FREE dlc. 


I think its time that fans "wake up" and realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and interpretations.
