So no one heard the voice anomaly in that interview?

What I heard was him saying (when speaking about future DLC):
"We'll look at what fans ask for DLC specifically"
"As we're wrapping up Shepard's story we're gonna wanna make sure that we tie up whatever loose ends are out there, and DLC will be a perfect opportunity to do some of that"

THIS IS WHAT WE WANT MAC!

But really, is there a bugger loose end than the entire ending?

LOL. Part of Saren's theme was used for Mars in ME3 !!!
http://www.youtube.c...rbK254yRE#t=71s

Do you have any idea where it was played in the mission?  Because that could be a hint.

When you enter the Prothean Archives.

Crazy! That's actually a blend of the Prothean theme and part of Saren's theme. Hint that the Crucible is a trap?

[Edit] For reference:

Maybe. Saren was a traitor. Posted Image

Well, if it appears near the archive then there are multiple possibilites:
Someone's not who they appear to be: TIM, the Crucible or Liara.

And every possibility is awesome. And I always wondered, how much Sam Hulick is actually involved in the development.

Definately not TIM because he's not himself in the ending and there's no sense in using the same theme twice for a character in one game.

I still say it all started with the beacon in me1. Knocked out and doc gave him good drugs and all one needs is a face and you can put a name to it. Or he was indoctranated there. Why would the reapers destroy a civilazation but leave there crape every were? Unless to bait and trap. "Oh look at this advanced race tech! Let get it working and play with it to see what it dose!" Then blame you jacked up. Then TIM rebuilds you and don't want you back? He put the mode in that Sarin had that made him better. Since the collectors work for the reapers along with TIM its a 1 2 combo. Or it all just bs and someone for got there train of thought on were the story was headed and messed up big time and tryed miserably to hide it and called it artistic creataveness, or a marketing scheme. Sure has gottin a lot of media about 1 game. Free press is good press.

I think that the theme represents Reaper manipulation in the context of the Prothean archives. A less well known part of Saren's theme was put in there by the devs because it would not immediately strike the player as odd. Maybe.

That would make sense.  They must have known that we would be digging through the game for every last detail.

Yeah, but why placing part of Saren's theme in Mars level and not some other?[/quote]

I'm not saying that there is nothing there, just don't want to get ahead of ourselves.

Probably part of the plan. I just hope there will be some final, mind-blowing clarification DLC at the very end, in spite of the insistence that the current endings are the very last thing we have seen of Shepard. As interactive fiction, it's a great experience, but unlike a self-contained artistic entity like Inception, I a) believe that the Mass Effect trilogy deserves proper closure and B) think that confirming the IT at the end of the DLC plan would add to the awesomeness of the ending.

A deformed twin of "any publicity is good publicity," which is the most incredibly untrue cliche ever.  Most cliches, stuff like "the best things in life are free" got cliches because of how true they are.  I don't know how such an obvious load of crap as this cubic zirconia got to cliche status.  You know who got incredible amounts of free press a little while back?  OJ Simpson.  How's his career doing again?

Seriously people.  Think about your cliches.

If they release any more DLC specifically related to the endings (I.E. No other reason for existing other than for the endings.), they probably won't actually CHANGE the endings, but rather add a PLAYABLE epilogue.  You know, a playable epilogue AFTER the epilogue.  That's my guess.  We want something POST-ending, not DURING the endings.

Something just occured to me - you know that whole thing with the screens we were talking about where things split into RGB colours?

That happens on a bunch of slides in the synthesis ending, it becomes obvious that things aren't quite real...

What's this?  Did I miss something, because I don't know what you're talking about!

Tell that to the Stock Exchange as well.  Give bad press about a publically trading company and you can be sure its stocks are going to nosedive shortly afterwards.

All I'm saying about free press is good press is lets mess up a game and let them hitch. Then well put out a free patch to make it better and it will look like we care. Or any other parts of my first post too. But what ever you wanna take from that post is ok. I like to see it from all angles.

I wish I knew how to upload sounds...been fooling around with the sounds a bit looking for the whisper sounds from dream and anything with the catalyst.

Found the sounds you hear when TIM is talking to you. Just for fun set the pitch higher and made it speed up by twice the speed and it sounds exactly like the reaper ..er honking noise they make. It may simply be reusing current sound files they have for other purposes but I find it interesting.

*I know I'll be flamed to death for this...BUT...*

You'd think this would be laid to rest since the EC DLC was released and there was no IT reveal!?Posted Image

You IT folk NEED TO LET IT GO! ...
IT was created by those so traumatized by the endings of ME3 that they suffered a pyschotic break and dreamed up this insane theory.
You can take off your tin-foil hats and go about your normal lives now, or seek therapy...seriously. Posted Image

Still experimenting, but circling the map invisibly with an adrenalin mod is probably the best I can do in that direction.

At least, the recepe of success has been experimentelly confirmed: that was the first time I survived a gold game.

BTW: anyone up for MP on PC?

In all seriousness no it is not dead or disproven. if you would like to engage in a healthy argument with legitimate points that by all means do so. but if you just intend to say "OHH HAHA EC IS OUT AND UR RONG ROFL!!!" than please leave.(yes i know its an exageration of the typical troll, but stil..)
