Can anyone or has anyone went flycam in the breath scene?

That's impossible. The breath scene is a pre-rendered cinematic. You can only flycam in gameplay cutscenes.

Not possible, it's a pre-rendered scene, i.e. a movie.

Is it just me or is the destroy the only one that actually sounds like the Mass Effect theme music.

Uhmm.....not so simillar. But still, it resembles something form mass effect more then other endings themes. For example "Synthesys" theme sounds like ME2 theme (near the end).

Ah, you're working off of Arian's Hypothesis/Theory that Shepard is actually doing something to affect the world around him because it's more of an actual hallucination rather than a hallucination dream.  But I'm working off the theory that Shepard is buried in rubble somewhere completely unconscious.  That would explain our differing opinions on the matter.

Save for the fact that I've never read Arian's Theory and this has been my own for some time, yes. That would explain it.

LOL, you haven't read his ending script?  This is blasphemy!  You must do so immediately! http://social.biowar.../index/12095313

I don't make a habit of reading fanfic, regardless of its basis or intention. Just personal choice.

"My Shepards create their own future, they don't ask for the future to be written for them."

In all honesty, I present it as a theory in script form. That and it's choose your own adventure style.

I'm back.

Nice catch about Saren's theme playing in the prothean archive. Now I'm tempted to go back and play the full game again to see what else I can find.

But... Skyrim... Witcher 2... guuuuh...

I'm liking the bit about the integration of Saren's Leitmotif, but personally, that interveiw is a bit discouraging, all around. That and it makes no sense.

Free press is good press.

A deformed twin of "any publicity is good publicity," which is the most incredibly untrue cliche ever.  Most cliches, stuff like "the best things in life are free" got cliches because of how true they are.  I don't know how such an obvious load of crap as this cubic zirconia got to cliche status.  You know who got incredible amounts of free press a little while back?  OJ Simpson.  How's his career doing again?

Seriously people.  Think about your cliches.

Unfortunately, it is an aphorism that remains true. Example;

Brodway producer puts this ad in the newspaper.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I wish to apologize for the quality of my last play. It is a horrible, TERRIBLE play. There will be only 5 more showings. I ask that you miss them."

So of course you have to go see it, that's the way plenty of human minds work. He's also being completely honest.

An unfortunate number of people do things out of morbid curiousity, why do you think Mystery Science Theather got popular? They're funny yes, but the mix it with this certain bile fascination, the same kind people get when watching "The Room"

In this case, I am willing to bet you, a ton of people bought ME3 just to see "was the ending really that bad?"

There's a difference between "publicity" and "ugly rumors". Ugly rumors are damaging, they could kill companies or cost sales.

Publicity incites interest.

As I've said a million times to utterly zero effect and only dismay... there is no "confirm/deny". There was never going to be a "gotcha" ending where IT is revealed. They made this ending. Yes, they left clues about indoctrination. No, they won't tell us the answer. Not until well after they've milked a handful of ten dollar DLCs out of us, maybe not even after the next $60 purchase.

There is no reveal. You are chasing a fantasy. But that doesn't make the IT interpretation not true. it's possible to make an ending with TWO alternative interpretations.

Ach, never mind. No one listens to me anyway.

There's a good reason no one listens to you.  You're proclaiming an opinion with no basis as fact.

whereas when the likes of you were proclaiming the IT dlc, extended cut "revealing" IT, etc, as just around the corner, you were expressing... mmm, fact?

it's possible to create fiction with two alternative interpretations. I believe that's what they were going for. The hardcore IT fans' undoing has been to insist that the original ending was a big fat "psyke" waiting to happen. Get real.

@Arian: Too bad that most people who haven't seen the ending are likely not in a position to understand why it sucks so hard anyway.

Btw, Selfish Meme theory finalized and put up on BSN. Link the signature. Take a gander, leave a comment, tell me again that it's just a game and I shouldn't think too much about it. Or that I have no life, that works too.

I think it depends on the type of publicity really, and how its conveyed.  And past record also helps a lot too.

Bad press about an unknown person can get that person noticed.  Bad press for a famous person can get a peek amount of interest, and eventually it'll nosedive when people get bored of it.  And if someone has nothing but bad press for a long time, no amount of good press will ever get them back on track again.

...

I have written a small novel's worth of script four or five times now, produced countless theories, shot down others, endorsed some and spent hours on this thread and YOU have no life?

ME3 is "Just a Game" like Citizen Kane is "Just a Movie" or A Brave New World is "Just a Novel"

It bears discussion. Just like everything else.

Everything in the world is meaningless. And it remains that way until we choose to give it meaning.

I have given this meaning, and I will continue to.

The best thing about telling someone they have no life is that they've wasted part of their own life to say that.  And often have nothing intelligent or interesting to add, and thus look like a complete tool and a hypocrit.

Quite amusing really.  A bit like when an argument breaks out and then someone starts calling the other one 'kid', and it later turns out he's actually a teenager himself.  It never ceases to please.

Because it sells newspapers to the mindless masses.

Can't imagine the people who are involved in said tapes like the publicity though.  But the news editors?  Oh yes.

My favourite retort to throwaway comments like that is "and this is just life - its not a big deal either."

Demeaning someone's interest in that manner is pointless, we all like different things after all.  And ultimately it won't matter because our short lifespans will be over soon enough anyway, so you may as wel enjoy what you enjoy and stop taking things so seriously.

Sad thing is, those people are usually fanatic sports fans.  So them having a go at me for computer games is a bit hypocritical really.

Maybe it was there, but still...
When we find a proto-reaper at Cerberus Headquaters, Liara says "I don't like feel of that think. It's as though it knows we're here" and then Shepard says "It can watch all it wants".
According to the codex, isn't it the first steps of ind.? "As time passes, they have feelings of "being watched"
