Hey, I have a friend who lives in Charleston!  Unfortunately, she was the victim of a hit and run and is now recovering from a broken pelvis.  Yeah, some people can REALLY be jerks (I want to say far, FAR worse things about the guy who hit her, but I can't due to the fact that all of the things I WANT to call him are profanities.).  And the worst part (Besides the broken pelvis.)?  The guy hasn't been caught.  Yeah, life can suck, can't it?

I believe in the concept of karma in buddhism, which was proven many times in my short 22 years. Everything will be payed back in full.

You have GOT to be kidding me. You're 22? So am I!

Hey, me too!

Okay.

From now on we shall be known as "Squad 22". Or Generation 1990.

The leader shall be the person with the earliest birthday in the year! Mine is Feb 21.

Darn it. 4/13

May 13th! damn.

29th March.

Lol. We're all born with only 1-2 months difference between each other.

My birthday wins by sheer coolness...you really can't beat Leap Year - All hail the 29thers!

Edit: Although I am not 22...take that and add 10...

I re-state;

While I agree with you about conventional victory, YOU are forgetting one thing.

The goal is NOT extinction, extinction is the byproduct of "preserving" the unwilling species. They want us alive until they kill us.

I'm not getting into you guys' discussion about extinction and whatnot, just the analogy I mentioned.

That was in address to both of you.

I still lean towards agreeing with Rifneno, I think his comparisons are accurate. If the Reapers' survival is at stake, they are not going to hold back like they are currently. But this seems to be getting a bit too emotional, so I'd rather not get into it any further.

Soooo, because I chose a bunch of the Paragon dialogue options, that means that I'm screwed? ;)  Well then, I guess that's ONE way to satisfy all those Renegades out there who complain that Paragon decisions never have ANY negative repercussions.  And it would certainly do a good job at making that ME3 Renegade playthrough seem like more than just a long string of puppy kicking incidents. =]

Thats just the thing, it's not paragon dialog options anymore at that point. It's weak willed dialog options. If you replay the end sequence with that in mind, you'll see what I mean.

Oh FRAK!  BioWare really IS a company filled with frakking GENIUSES isn't it?

Yeah, it was a fairly profound moment when Turbo helped me come to that conclusion. And just like IT in general, after you realize it, you wonder why you never noticed it before. Next time you play through the endgame sequence, pay attention to Shep's responses based on whether you pick the top or bottom choice, and its clear it's all about his willpower at that point, rather than nice or evil.

When I did a run through of picking all the bottom choices for my "reject" run...I was surprised at how "strong" Shep sounded, when I was expecting it to be kind of jerky.

You really shouldn't complain about being younger...your half my age...were all a little bit different and that is what makes this forum so great.  We all have different life experiences to draw on for our interpertations, which makes the theories that we dicsuss well rounded.

not sure if there's more to talk about with IT or not, but last thing I want is a dev to come in here and shut it down. we're like uber off topic right now.
