Hm, pretty sure I got Awakening through the "Store" on Dragon Age: Origin's main menu. Can't remember if I registered it or it just did it automatically since you need to be logged in to buy it that way in the first place.
Anyway, if you downloaded it from somewhere else (i.e. GameFly's digital store formerly known as Direct2Drive) you would've gotten an email with the Code somewhere in there since you need it to authorize DLC for you account and stuff.

Welp, guess yur S O L.
No! Xbox.com should have a download/purchase history of some kind for you to check, maybe a code of some sort is there? Either that or it slipped microsoft's mind to link it through your email and it didn't auto-register to a bound account [/don't know what I'm talking about].

The war has had so many casualties already and we are afraid there will be more. How could Bioware do such a thing to there customers it goes against the geneva convention.

So, my cat just spent like a whole minute swatting and hissing at something under the couch. I was kinda freaked out, thinking some kind of animal had gotten into my house or something.

He finally managed to pull the thing he was attacking out from under the couch, and it turned out it was the Skyrim box.

While I appreciate his extreme prejudice when it comes to box finding, thats not the box I'm looking for.

Yes I believe there is a lot of that in the game. The entire game during the cinematics Shepard is seen using a predator. Anderson when shown in the game is shown to use a carnifex. Then after being hit from Harbinger this switches around. (Okay I can assume coincidence.) When you choose destroy, the gun changes from carnifex to predator. (Can also assume this is coincidence because default for cinematics is predator.) However there are plenty of videos showing this "error" and after EC it's still there. Why? Could it be another glitch that they intentionally left? Like the slow mo for killing mordin. BioWare also made a point to showcase the carnifex by putting it into the cover for the game. Is this a message to focus on the carnifex? That something is wrong?? (The showcasing could also prove the glitch for the change but still doesn't explain why they left it there.) BioWare wanted show the importance of the carnifex. The question is why... 

Speculations??

Yeah. When you shoot Mordin, you do it with a Carnifex AFAIK. IM shoots himself with Anderson's Predator, he pulls from nowhere.
