Why all sites tell that the Earth DLC will be launche on Live on July 17? They forgot PSN?
Doubt they'll cascade the release on seperate days, or the date is incorrect. Just haven't gotten any official confirmation on a date for all systems yet is all.

Great, cause I want to play in Rio. Reapers only 50 minutes from my home? I can't miss that

I find this part particularly interesting because it lends credence to the ideas that Arrival is both the start of indoc but also that BW first implemented Shepard's indoc here.smokingotter1 wrote...
The infamous white light transition light is first seen in ME2 Arrival DLC when Shepard meets object Rho (Reaper Artifact). It again appears if you fail to complete Arrival in time in which case you see white-red halo showing the reapers taking over the galaxy and the Normandy crew + TIM indoctrinated looking up towards the reapers.
(Even when Shepard died and was brought back to life at the beginning of ME2 there is no white halo, fyi)
You see the white halo during the dream sequence:
At Sactuary
Every dream
When Shepard gets "hit" by Harbingers red laser
When Shepard enters the conduit
When Shepard is lifted to meet the starchild
When Shepard jumps into the synthesis beam
After Shepard chooses control he's in the dream halo inside a reaper (this is the first time in dream sequence we see Shepard not through the back third person gears of war style viewpoint, almost implying that the reapers are now "behind" Shepard, not the player, my interpretation)
After choosing control/destroy/synthesis when the Normandy is racing to avoid the crucible's beam just before dream planet you see the white halo
Entering the geth consensus
The white halo is almost always used by Bioware to signify a delineation between reality and dreams/hallucinations.

Yep. The decision chamber is actually quite brilliant IMO (not a very popular topic to bring up among ME fans) but to prove my point let's look at one small part that is made fun of, shooting at the tube (destroy).
The tube is filled with wires and smaller tubes, which is itself a perfect representation of the reapers. Think about it, everytime you're on a mission and you start seeing running tubes you automatically know: reaper tech. The tube and wires is a manifestation of everything that is wrong with the reapers. Husks and other organics are converted into monsters with tubes throughout their body.
But there is more... the tube is glass, like when Matriach Benezia commented that being indoctrinated was like pounding on glass. In the destroy ending Shepard is shooting at glass, he's shooting at the illusion trying to escape. If you want to go further it was glass tubes that pumped human genetic material into the human reaper in ME2, it's understandable that destory would represent what Shepard thinks of the reapers.
Finally the layout. It's my interpretation that the decision chamber is an overlay of the conduit run so why does the tube explode? It doesn't. The tube "exploding" is Harbiner's laser intruding on the indoctrinated dream. The only option the reapers give Shepard is an apparent suicide (like TIM and Saren) to walk into Harbinger's beam... only problem if your EMS is high enough Shepard does not die and he wakes from the dream.
Just some thoughts.

Also, Justicars should've used the pose Samara uses.
Also the outfit she uses.

What I'm getting too is that with the vast majority of instances, a bright light engulfs the visual spectrum- the Normandy bay opens up to sunlight, you wake up to the lights in your room, you become consumed by energy, etc. In some cases the effect occurs from a great distance away, from a vastly different point of view.
It's simply too ambiguous and common of an effect.

Yeah. Notice her right hand? She's "not" holding a gun.
While we're talking about Samara, anyone else think she's supposed to have the Acolyte in SP? And that Centurions are supposed to have Harriers?
