That info is meaningless, knowing that the Starting point is the Apien Crest, not the Viper Nebula. Not being mean, just pointing out the obvious.Arian Dynas wrote...

You're missing my point.
Yes, you can go to any other system using the Viper Nebula. But, in order to get to those locations, you MUST first jump through the Local Cluster Relay before reaching your desired destination.
This is how the Mass Effect 2 Galaxy Map works.
Yes, but they stated that the Alpha relay goes DIRECTLY to all other relays.
Also here, found this on ye olde thread.

Has anyone thought of writing a good and explanatory argument on how we can defeat the Reapers with unconventional means?

I'm thinking time travel, or teaching the reapers to love.

Noticed this thread doesn't talk about the IT theory much anymore....
Has everyone given up, or lost hope?
Well, my inquiry as to how we should defeat the Reapers through unconventional means is related to the IT, in that if it's true we are going to need a new ending, and part of that ending demands an answer as to how to defeat the Reapers.XXIceColdXX wrote...

That was a good one. Time travel seems interesting, although I don't know how that will work story-wise.
But where you labeled the Viper Nebula doesn't look right? It's not on the same arm as the Apien crest or Aethon cluster. Now that I'm watching the splodey colors again, it does seem like it could be Apien crest. Second place hit would then be Aethon cluster, and this still doesn't make any sense as a starting point to the splosions.FreddyCast wrote...

*shifty* Uh... well at one point I DID sugguest the theory that the Crucible is in fact designed to pull ships using Mass Relays in the past to a point beyond lightspeed into the future, gaining us re-enforcement by way of Prothean and other armadas.
Yeah I thought it was crazy too.

Holy carp, stop mind reading me! I came up with that concept as well! Heck, it could have even been a Prothean plan - and by their point of view it would work almost instantly. Suddenly they are pouring through a time portal and helping the allied fleets against the Reapers.
But yeah, it is crazy. Crazy awesome.
Actually, that doesn't sound crazy at all, that sounds awesome. I would love to see armadas from past cycles get their revenge on the Reapers. Not only would the Reapers face a united galaxy, but a united galaxy from all the past 20,000 cycles the Reapers have harvested. That would be TOTAL EPICNESS. Plus, the Reapers would be totally outnumbered for sure. For every Sovereign class Reaper, it would face 10x, 20x, 50x, dreadnought ships throughout all past history in one moment in time and place. The Battle for Earth would literally be the final battle to end all battles.Arian Dynas wrote...

defending sieges is way too easy in Shogun 2, especially if you're the Ikko-Ikki.Arian Dynas wrote...
Also, bought a copy of Total War: Shogun 2, and I gotta say, I'm digging it big time. Routed an attack on Kagoshima when the Daiymo of the Ito clan got uppity. He had 600 men. I had slightly less than 260.
I love it when I'm good.

Has anyone else noticed that in all 3 (or 4) endings both pre and post EC dlc, We are NEVER shown what happens to Harbinger, Are we supposed to just assume that he was destroyed/controlled or part of the synthesis group now?, I find it hard to believe that Bioware would go out of the way to kill/defeat the antagonist of 2 games offscreen. Im not convinced he is gone till I see his robotic corpse floating somewhere within the Sol system.

I am trained, I know things, but the tank... Okeer couldn't implant connection. His words are hollow.

Want? I do what I am meant to... Nothing in the tank ever asked what I want.

I feel nothing for Okeer's clan or his enemies. That imprint failed. He has failed.

Without a reason that's mine, one fight is as good as any other. Might as well start with you.

Okeer is just a voice in the tank. If his imprints are true, then he created something stronger than him. So he's not worthy of me. And if his hatreds aren't strong enough to compel me, they've failed, too. I feel nothing. I have no connection.
