Someone give me the reader's digest version please? Disappointment because we learned nothing or disappointment because they shot down IT? Disappointment because they said they will never reveal IT?

We also discovered that Shepard is like the hulk.
I don't know how this elluded us for so long! If you think long and hard about it, while standing on one leg, receiting the art of war backwards, while having zombie Muhammad Ali giving you a frontal lebotomy with a blunt screw driver it does start to make a lot of sense.

Disappointment in that they've declared that there's no definitive canon. Also crappy questions, crappier answers...

So basically... exactly where we were a day ago then.

They've told us "there is no definitive canon" since ME1. And even then they are wrong.

The person that the Mass Effect games feature is named Shepard.

THAT IS DEFINITIVE CANON.

Um... ok?

Master related Shepard to the Hulk ... somehow... but hasn't actually cleared up what he was trying to get at, despite being asked about it.

I'll let the people who actually followed the event and expected something from it to explain what exactly I'm parroting.

Yeah, I was there. The panel pretty much sucked. I was trying to ask a question about if they had a special interpretation in mind for the endings, but I wasn't picked, unfortunately.

But, it was pretty intesresting what they said about the breath scene. One said that it was meant to be ambiguous, while another one said that it could have been Shepard's dying breath.

Basically yeah, more of the usual when it came to questions, lots of ambiguity and such. Not sure what people were expecting IT related... but I was hoping for more intetresting stuff than announcements or previews of what we already know about. Earth MP DLC and Leviathan DLC.

I think I will make a summary of what we may have learned and what questions they seem to have side stepped. Could be interesting.

Cool that you got to be there in person anyway. The live script feed said someone fell when getting up to answer questions and someone joked that could have been you ^_^

Really wish someone would've said "I'm a little confused by the 'Shepard Alive' bonus scene, it looks like Shepard is in a pile of London rubble, is that true?"

People asked lame questions and got non-answers. People asked about Female Turians being in game, if there would be more comics, and a poorly worded question about the breath scene. Oh and how to get a job at Bioware.
Then they were shown an image of an underwater Atlas mech, referencing next SP DLC (Leviathan).

Edit: parentheses added to address that "Leviathan" was never mentioned, but to those in the know, its pretty much a clear indication that Leviathan is at leastly mostly true. If anything, it told me that Bioware was telling us that Leviathan is farther off than we think.
