Probably nothing, but if you do the control or synthesis ending, Shepard 'dissolves'. I was watching a clip from the Suicide mission, and noticed the similarities in the Reaper creation process. Specifically Kelly/Lillith death.

Ew! This happened on my playthrough (didn't realize you had to go straight to the Collector base after your crew was stolen- the rest of the game doesn't work like that!) and I stuck with the decision (didn't replay) so Kelly and some other crew were dead in my ME3 playthrough.
It's a pretty long bow, I see what happens to Shepard as more like 'huskification'- you can see cables and stuff under your skin. Keppy seems more to just... degrade. Gross.

Interesting (so the white light goes up in pitch as you get closer to it?), but I'm not sure how it ties into IT?
It is interesting that both of the 'negative' (if you believe IT) options (control and synth) involve interacting with the white light somehow- either diving into it or putting your hands into it. Only destroy avoids the white light.
