Kudos, a very well put together video, I can give you another reason coats model was used on the citadel, his model would have been easier to find when creating the scene, search word coats, a lot easier than searching a generic soldier with no hat, you also need flycam to see the model in enough detail to recognize it as coats, unless of course someone has a clear snaphot without using flycam?

BUT
The game already loads those generic soldier models for shepard's beam shuffle.
So they should already be in RAM, and junking them to load coates' model instead is just more effort.

Also, my girlfriend's an animator and never stops telling me how much work little character movements like that Keeper one are, particularly if there's interaction involved. I don't see why that movement would be required by the scene

So it's like the helmet was moved to draw attention to that body?

Probably, I'm an animator myself and I agree - every bit of animation costs money, time and effort.
Why add something that is not needed and wasn't there before EC?

Great video, prettz! I laughed a lot. Obviously your editing skills are improving. And that ending. Just lol.

I don't put much stock in Coates being an imposter or indoctrinated (especially after the IT documentary brought it up) but that video is funny. Especially Shep's psychedelic armour.

I laughed at Anderson's face in the shuttle. He looks like a lunatic in that still image (in prettz's video, not the one below).

Doing some speculation and information gathering on Vendetta, Vigil, the Mars Archive and Javik under what we know of the Prothean cycle in order to look for strange inconsistencies (beyond what has allready been pointed out) and probably gonna amass it in one large wall of text post.

It is just that during work today I thought of the information left behind by the Protheans and i feel there are still hints to be found, so gonna look into it. If nothing else ill compile a list of the strange things asociated with Vendetta.

Just thought idd post this in case people have something in this regard they would liek me to add or look into.

I like how they have coates say "we need to fall back to the buildings". then he's dead on the citadel then disappears, then in the final slideshow he's alive again lol.

It's also funny because they are close to the beam and the buildings are far far away. If they can't make it to the beam, there's no way they can make it to the buildings either. Posted Image

it's like the last 20 minutes are just... warped. that's a good word to decribe it: warped. nothing makes any sense when you think about it but bioware is making it seem like this is the real ending and what you see is what you get. well when I see a bunch of bull****, I must be getting a bunch of bull****.

Just watching that 'there's only one choice' video and it seems to me like some people only think about the last thing they've been told. I bet if you'd met the catalyst half an hour before having to make the choice destroy would be even more popular.

I don't quite understand why they are doing this. Maybe it's just me but BioWare seems to tease fans with not confirming nor denying IT. It's as if they want people to discuss things that may not exist. It's different from if they'd like people to create fan fiction inspired by the game's story. This is just messing with fans' minds.

It almost seems as if Bioware isn't confirming/denying the IT specifically because they want their fans to start believing it on their own accord. Does this sound too far fetched?

Not at all. They clearly want everyone to make up their own minds, though whether they plan to ever give a final answer or not is unknown. I think it'd be a bad idea to keep it vague, even if they throw out IT, which I doubt cos of the stuff they put in there to point us this direction.

Have you guys seen this video? Basically it seems IT related, where all the antagonists throughout the series would have chosen control or synthesis (depending on the antagonist, but none of them want to destroy the Reapers), yet all the characters on your side want to destroy the Reapers. Therefore, there is only one choice.
No there isn't. BW deliberately made it so that any one of the choices were as valid as the other. We have no way of knowing for sure what the other characters would have chosen if the new information and new options that the Catalyst told Shepard was given to them.
@Sub actually this is probably the most underrated video on youtube in regards to indoctrination. Even though it's not advocating specificially for indoctrination it goes into detail about theme, what the characters in ME have to say in regards to the decision chamber.

Everyone talks about clevernoob like he's the end all be all for indoctrination videos (and ignoring acavyos), this video is way better IMO.

Otter approved.

I also thought that maybe they didn't plan for IT and want the fans to do the homework for them. To create the foundation on which they can build ME4's story. Posted Image

@smokingotter1: The reason it seems like clevernoob is the "end all be all for IT vids" is because his are the most fun to watch. He has the right idea by making it more cinematic, this makes it more likely that people will watch the video because it isn't "boring." Clevenoob helps our cause a lot because the more people that watch the video, the more supporters he/we get. People are not nearly as interested listening to a person talk over a few still images.
