Arian is very bossy in multiplayer, just so you guys know!

It's okay, from where I was sitting those matches were a straight-out points-brawl between the two of us
I won one and you won one... Also DAMN I need to get some N7 characters, you seemed to arrive at every fight about three weeks before me...

My assessment of the typhoon:

RATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATATA

It seems to melt through guardian shields too. Lulz. Or there are so many bullets, that one goes through that little slit anyway.

Huh, I just watched the video for Miracle of Sound's instrumental Crucible, and I wonder if he believes in IT. Someone should ask him.

Firebase Rio: Could this be proof of IT just existing?

Hear us out...what is it? Seriously, it's a fascinating location, plus why do we have a map here when there is no SP location in the same place (despite every other map being based on a SP location)

We've been looking round and noticed this could easily be a place we go to (or wake up at and escape from) after surviving the "decision" - We've noticed the design of the level (specifically the area above the central control room) is odd without the presence of a ladder or two (easily could be in a single player mission)

It just struck me as odd, plus the whole facility below the sea...why put this map in the DLc if we don't visit in the SP the only time we could visit this place is after the current ending...so could be proof of IT.

"It's just a map they decide to put in to fit the DLC Coolio, you're mental"
"I don't know Coolio, every other DLC had 2 maps based on SP locations...this has three."

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Rio will be somewhere we visit after waking up.

So, (and please excuse me if this is old news) I am currently replaying the trilogy and I just got to Horizon in ME2 and I noticed that when we first see the Collector General assume control of a collector the screen gets black edges around it. While it is not exactly the same black edges as the ones we see when Shepard wakes up after being hit by the beam at the end of ME3, it is similar enough to make me wonder if this is what we see when a Reaper enters your mind.

Dang. I knew I should have snapped a pic (I'm on the 360), but I'm already on the Collector ship and don't have a save file I can go back to. But you can sort of see it in this YouTube clip:

For comparison, if you go to 6:25 of this video it is very similar. Again, I don't know if this is actually a clue or anything, but you guys are so good at finding every little detail that I wanted to join in the fun.

On second thought, it may just be an effect that happens in cut scenes.

Is is possible that as we progress through the series the black oily edges get darker because the hold of indoctrination is getting stronger? Sounds good to me. The black edges weren't as noticeable until 3 but they were still there.

Yea, that was the first time I really noticed it outside of ME3, but it seems pretty intentional.

Those borders are in most cutscenes, actually. It was discovered some time ago, cauised a lot of excitement, then someone posted a pic of a thresher amw getting bordered.

Yeah.

In other news, the Slayer isn't nearly as fun as I thought it would be. He keeps dying every few seconds.

Bummer. You guys are too quick.

Though after going back and playing ME1 and, so far, half of ME 2, I can say that the best evidence for IT is simply playing the game.

Someone said that Rio will appear in SP after Shepard wakes up. Not necessarily. A DLC can add a mission in Rio before London. The Normandy descended from the orbit but it wasn't said where it was headed as far as I remember.

paxxton. You do reailze that there is a war going on and i doubt they had time to go to Rio, and remember we said they could have chased Harbinger down to intersept Harbinger from killing Shepard, Anderson, and Alliance personel, not hammer because non were present at the charge run.

People have said that Object Rho cannot be used as evidence to IT, because some people have not played Arrival DLC. But, don't the events happen regardless? Whether you play it or not?

I've heard that Hackett sends someone else to do the work if you don't play Arrival. Is this true?

Yes but they wanted people to play it, and they knew that people may not buy it, so they could have done it reguardless of Object Rio.

It can because Bioware themselves state its canon.
