So what did I miss? (Other than TSA's massive post which was interesting) Did anyone think that maybe the Leviathan DLC is the DLC that could possibly be BioWare's biggest hint towards the IT yet? I think I will go with Arian's thought that each DLC is suited to hint something, and that the Leviathan DLC could be the one to explain/hint Reapers and Indoctrination.
The DLC however won't give a definitive answer to IT but hint. But I think that the hints will be pretty strong. Not little weak ones that could potentially be wrong. No. Hints that are irrefutable like the mystery of the gun.

One I remember off the top of my head is on Thessia. Liara says something along the lines of 'This is a nightmare!' and Shep says 'We stop the Reapers and we can all wake up!'
Plus if Javik is there, he fulfills his roll as a troll by adding '...50,000 years later.'

smokingotter, when you say "Awakening DLC" do you mean something similar to Dragon Age's Awakening or as in "Shepard wakes up, blows the Reapers to hell and lives sanely ever after?"
Let's hope Shepard's awakening has less eldritch abominations than Dragon Age's awakening.

And of course the Architect, who's just a sapient darkspawn that did no wrong and totally isn't one of the original Tevinter Magisters who breached the Golden City and released the darkspawn taint in the first place or anything. You can trust him and stuff.

I don't know how anyone does trust him. I mean on the surface, yeah, if you have to make a snap decision and don't think it over. But it's like ME3's ending: once you think it over you realize there's waaay too many things that are simply wrong.

Could you give me a link to that section of conversation? I can't find it to make sure it's accurate.

I trust him simply because its either trust him, and hope he can give enough darkspawn intelligence that they'll eventually stop causing Blights and realize they are best off staying in the Deep Roads, or kill him, and leave the darkspawn mindless.
If there was a 'Destroy all darkspawn here and now' option, I'd take that, but since there isnt, I figure trusting the Architect is the best choice for now.

Sometimes you need to just take a leap of faith, and deal with the consequences when they show up.

Having never played DA this is the face I made after reading that:

"uhhhh... yes I um... agree!" *begins awkwardly whistling while slowly backing away to avoid judgemental glares*

I dont have a video, but its right after Liara says they need to run towards the Reaper to escape.
I believe its right before you meet up with the asari commando who calls in the gunships.

- The dreams are meant to be revelatory of hidden plot elements.
- Mind control attempts had to be defeated by confrontation.
*Yes, I'm using reductionist, not literalist. I've actually seen rational (and even partially succesful) attempts to take the endings 'literally' (i.e. ME3's ending was not a dream sequence, was not an indoctrination attempt, etc.). Put forward a couple myself. The thing is that literalism doesn't mean accepting that there's no additonal subtext or context to be discovered with the game. I'd call the people who don't think there's any additional subtext to the endings reductionists. They're the trolls who come here and claim Bad Writing or other nonsense. They're the ones who get irrationally and insultingly aggresive that people keep speculating. I use the term reductionist beacuse these people want to reduce the ending to "What you saw is what you got. No more."

Erm.... It was bad writing.
Even if you believe in the IT it's still bad writing.

There is a third outcome you're not seeing. He gives lots of darkspawn intelligence and while they keep doing blights, their newfound intelligence only makes it so they stop losing blights. You're far better off with a stupid and mindless enemy than with an intelligent one.

Also most of them say get a life it's over and still they stay. I wonder why since they say ME3 is bad writing and keep saying that we are wrong and should just say bad writing. No not bad but Indoctrination and nightner theory, but still on Earth when Shepard is walking on Earth.

Also guys, I still need more quotes. I need names of who speaks it and possibly video proof if you can. If not, then like Byne just tell me what portion of the game it is. The question is also in the WNT Theorist's discussion board. I just need quotes cause currently Hellish and I are working on a WNT video and currently I am scripting/writting the storyboard for said video. (The video may be in a while cause Hellish is busy and I lack internet all the time where I am living. I have to walk to somewhere public to get internet.) Thus the quotes are sorely needed.
