Ha another theme of Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" (still watching on Netflix) that is relevant to Mass Effect 3 IT: kids lying with deadly consequences.

It all makes sense now!  The Star-Brat is trying to make Shepard think that all synthetics are witches!

Looks like it's too late, the devil is bewitching Shepard. He's going full derp!

Seems like more de-interested.
She has a playthrough related to IT. So maybe she herself hopes for IT to be true. :P

Wow, talk about coming back wrong.  He never asked for this.

Also, I'm guessing his vision was SUPPOSED to be augmented, but I don't think it worked properly.

Starchild: "So basically your choices are destroy, control, and synthesis."
Sheperd: "Derp."
Starchild: "Uh..? What?"
Sheperd: "Derp."
Starchild: "Ok, maybe indoctrination did a little too much damage. Sheperd, Walk into the green energy beam."
Sheperd: "Derp."
Starchild: "GREEN ENERGY GOOD WALK INTO IT"
Shepard: "Derp?"
Starchild: "Goddammit...."
(Starchild pushed Sheperd into synthesis beam)

And in low EMS destroy marine picks up exact same helmet. From debris. On Earth.

I simply don't get where Shepard gets an Alliance helmet from, if this is supposed to be his helmet.

Shepard's default N7 helmet in ME3 has no alliance symbol on it. Also, the coloring in that part of the helmet is different.

CleverNoob/Julian was here, more speculations, and new twitter from Mike gamble. Which is very intresting.

I missed the Twitter post. Link?

What does it have to do with ME3?

Hmm... Good point. Posted Image

Once again, this is not Shepard's Helmet. That's an Alliance helmet worn by standard soldiers. You can see the A symbol on the forehead. Shepard's helmet is N7.

Yea, i noticed that. And this is weird. Why it named "Shepard" if it was not his.
Is it should represent all soldiers that died in this war?
Can someone check name of this in EC files?

I took his "just trolling" comment to either refer to the rebar falling and Shepard dying, or he had just realized what he said, or both.

I can't imagine they'd be hiding this at this point. They've explained away some of the plot holes in the ending, they explained the dreams and the shadows of people and they admit that the original plan was to leave the ending open to interpretation. They also state that there's no canon ending. IT would be a canon ending.

For the endings to be open to interpretation, they have to be taken literally first. Otherwise, you'd have to wonder if the whole series was a dream.

Idk i still think that the dreams fit the way it was explained by them within IT and just because they say theirs no cannon ending does not mean that the "Endings" we got are the actual endings..... and the fact they had to explain something out of game is just stupid either make it obvious or reveal it in game.

Tbh they need to make a canon if they want to continue the series into the future. IT is the perfect solution. The final solution. This is starting to sound sinister...:P

I agree with this. No offense to Twitter and creator interviews but if you're not willing to say something in a story... Don't add it later outside of the story through social media.

Just imaging what the reaction would be if the developers said "Synthesis is canon and the good ending." one day.

EA could create 3 other studios and they would create a total of 4 games, each for a different ending. Would be oddsome. Posted Image

The actual endings are what we got. The interpretation, however, is up to the player. This is what allows a thoery like IT to exist.

Casey Hudson said in an interview that EC e,xplains the issues that they felt was implied by the way it was presented. Since a lot of people didn't "get it," they made it easier by expanding. Some thought he meant he was going to expand on IT but he expanded on the literal ending.

I cant talk for everyone but i think they should establish a cannon and have shepard as the mentor (perhaps the protagonist in the prologue) and have a new protagonist in ME4.
