I don't understand the logic.

Also calling the Indoctrination a dream is a very imprecise term. The Indoctrination Halucination will have very real consequences for Shepard once he wakes up and possibly more (see Waking Nightmare Theory)

I checked it, it's good. Would be better if you could provide the links otter provided here as well. Would help Julian a lot, instead of himself crawling on YT searching for fitting videos.

Good ideas, especially incorporating the Baldur's gate dream upgrade.

However, why did the Reapers move the Citadel? My answer is that they thought the Alliance Crucible was a threat, probably.

The tricking Shepard idea has potential, but I think the Catalyst is actually the Citadel. After all, as a comparison, the Shadow Broker is almost never seen but exists. For the Reapers, the most sensible plan of action would include the concealment of the core leadership.

Don't know why he wouldn't be grinning the whole time. Overlay theory:

Control/Synthesis= Shepard is spared but his character/indentity is destroyed and coopeted. Reapers win

His indentity is replaced:



Destroy: change reality so that the only way Shepard can choose to fight reapers is to walk into harbiger beam, death (reapers win)

Refuse: Shepard gives up on trying to get to conduit to fight reapers. Without jarring explosion his reality is still warped by reapers. No one makes it to conduit, reapers win


The child should be smiling the whole time, I would if I was Harbinger.

Fun fact: even if your Shepard's face is totally scared up from renegade options your double in the third dream always has fixed skin. Proof

Maybe BioWare intended "something" with this. I mean, it's obvious. Especially it's yourself, who gets mirrored.
