It was Mark Meer.

bioware I am disappoint.

not really. if they used the Guy who plays Harbinger it would be a dead give away, since they know that we go through everything that we can used for IT, and SO BE IT would be  a dead give away if this was Harbinger.

I think the biggest thing is the wind noise.
Space stations not being famous for their wind noise...

Not really, from what i read Garrus send you an E-mail saying Shep and him should try again when it is less windy. Artifical enviroments simulating wind.

I thought that was a pisstake?

Would it help if I ran that audio through a compressor to draw out the various details?

SO BE IT.
But seriously go ahead and try because we are hearing noises of some kind.
1. "Big Ben" sounding chimes
2. faint Reaper babble similar to Harbinger
3. Wind
4. Possibly rubble falling?

There are no chimes, but there may well be reaper noises. I'll upload in a sec.

That
would still mean the reapers took special note of the kid, and they
still wouldn't know Shep has been having nightmares of the kid.

You are assuming he is basing his form on the fact that Shepard has nightmares about the kid

So
your saying they saw and took note of a random kid they killed and told
the catalyst about him, then when Shepard arrives and it needs a form
it coincidently decides to use the kid Shepard has nightmares about
completely at random?

The Reapers didn't tell
anyone, the Catalyst just knows because that's its nature. The Reapers
know Shepard was there on Earth when the kid was there. It uses it
because it is a non-threatening form (BW)

Oh come on.

The
reapers looked at all the beings they could possibly represent the
catalyst as to Shepard, and chose the child he's seen literally twice
(yes, the disappearing ninja-child that nobody ever acknowledges and
that he's been having strange dreams filled with oily shadows and reaper
noises about)...

And that's a coincidence?
Really?

Not necessarily, it wants Shepard to hear the information in an objective manner and not be put off if it happens to take a Reaper form which he would naturally be

If it wanted to preent the information in a objective manner it would have SPOKE in an objective manner as well.

It tells you its opinion; he definitely thinks Synthesis is the best. However, that doesn't stop him from telling you fully what the Reapers are about, how they came to be, what the options entail exactly etc

It happens to be a character we the player are familiar with and know is not threatening. Choosing a random Asari, Turian would be bizarre

By that logic the catalyst must know it's in a videogame.

That's not fair. Credits should show exactly who voiced which character. We have the right to know.

By the by, here's the breath scene audio:

http://www.sendspace.com/file/67ya3o

Separated each surround sound channel and seperately compressed each one through a seriously high-gain compressor.
There are no chimes, but there is what could be some kind of reaper noise, and notably lots of wind noise...

Yes but out of all the people charging down the hill. NOT ONE single HAMMER team was there at the charge. no Turian, Asari, Krogan, Geth, and all the other assets we picked up. Not a, and it's funny that if this is really happening, then Sheaprd lives from the point blank fire range of the Beam. And Harbinger lets Shepard live, so that he/she can complete his/her misson to kill them, and be the only solo sruviver that lived through the on massiacer charge to the Conduit.

Ya Hebinger would leave.<_<

That would be nice seeing more war assets running down a hill. But really Harbinger sweeps the beam at Shepard instead of directly shooting like he did with the Makos and soilders.

So how would the Reapers know exactly what Shep's been dreaming about?

or

Is it just pure luck the image he chooses is the same person plaguing shep's dreams?

Catalyst wants a non-threatening form. Reapers know that Shepard knows about the boy, who he sees as non-threatening. Why not choose that?

PS Haven't BW debunked the "oily shadows" anyway by saying they represent the deceased squadmates?

Yes, it's 'partially made from Shepards memories'.

Or did the kid exist ever? Remember the second to first thing we see in ME3 is an illusion, we think we are seeing an alliance cruiser but it's a camera trick, it's just a kid playing with a toy. Later that building can't be found.

How exactly does it mislead you? Not just make a mistake, but knowing something not to be the case but spinning it anyway?

1) The creepy kid is non threatening?
2) I saw more than three shadows.

Could you make a picture with Shepard in the center and different channels positioned where the sounds come from? Plus, mark the beam's position.

There is a slight difference in what the boy happens to represent in the dreams and why he is there in certain parts. In the dreams, he represents all the people on Earth who have died and those he can't, while the Catalyst chooses him because he is not threatening

1) Not to Shepard
2) I meant to say "and others who have died" at the end of that. Don't take my word for it, BW said it themselves. There's a vide on Youtube I think called "Past, Present and Future of Mass Effect" which says it

Either it's trying to misead you into thinking Shep will die in this option or it had a stroke and started spouting unrelated facts.
