@Arian's Javik/synthesis post: The only explanation for the lack of visible mass suicide I can think of is that synthesis gave everyone a heightened intelligence and everyone immediately understands/is able to live with the new synthetic stuff. However, this doesn't make that much sense because after being synthesized 95% of the synthesized people looked around and at themselves as if thinking WTF?
I'm not sure but someone at Bioware said the epilogue shown is 10-15 years after the ending? There may well have been mass-suicides in that time. And I fully expect Javik to commit suicide/become a terrorist, he was just calm during the memorial scene because he didn't want to create a scene.

I'm kind of confused by people who don't
believe in IT - who accept the fact that somehow - Shepard managed to
not come under the effects of indoctrination throughout 3 full games -
even though he was exposed plenty of time to the Reapers.
Same applies to Anderson, no? He stayed on an Earth full of reapers, and yet not indoctrinated, or was he?

WHat about this: The reapers were in the process of indoctrinating Shepard, hence the dreams, but ran out of time? Thoughts? Reapers have shown to be stupid all through the series you know..
