I heard something similar from Glyph. If there's no organics where do the Reapers take building material from?MaximizedAction wrote...

So much for preserving advanced organic life...
I noticed that in ME3's descriptions, but was that already there in ME1?

Pretty much anything before the last ten minutes contradicts the whole 'preserving' thing. The husks for instance.
[/quote]Yeah, there's pretty much no preserving going on. Just leaving young species alive for the next cycle.

I keep hearing time and time again that the infamous breath scene is just an easter egg. If so, then why was the war asset rating thing requirement lowered for EC?

It's an easter egg that hints to IT. I think any 'true ending' DLC will allow continuation whatever choice you made (except maybe refuse) but they only put a hint in the 'right' choice.KneeTheCap wrote...

Reapers don't "preserve" organic life. They just wipe out and harvest organic life to rebuild themselves, while leaving younger species alive, to have something to harvest for the next cycle.paxxton wrote...

You can't expect the Reapers to preserve ALL organic life, they have to protect themselves...

I just refreshed the baseline of the Reapers.
And saying that life they harvested is alive. I call BS. If they are then would they all want to be stuck as a Reaper, that killed Trillions of lives, in each cycle. Trillions are harvested in every cycle/killed, so they would have to live with Killing all of those organics, and synthetics for ever in Control, and Synthesis.
And by saying that " Oh but Shepard can control the Reapers know so..." No if I was a Reaper and every harvested organics, and Synthetics that made me. I would want to be free, so that the harvested cycles can find peace.
But I am just saying for a literal point of view on why Synthesis, and Control are the worst to happen.

That would be cool, but I know this isn't what you were talking about, but what does the Leviathan show Shepard. Since we know the Leviathan got into Shepard's head, so? Speculations?
