Ok, two things about the Priority Rannoch mission that have always bothered me:

1) What is up with Tali's movement when Shep says to pull over? Its almost like Tali is the one saying to pull over, not Shepard.

2) "Admiral Raan. I heard your ship made a crash landing." When did Shepard hear this? Because I never heard it. Also, wasnt Raan on the Normandy?

I actually think that part with the Crash Landing is mentioned in a transmission as you are fighting your way through the base.

I find it far more interesting that if you choose the renegade option with the Reaper on Rannoch you get a conversation along the lines of:

Shep: This time organics are taking control.
Reaper: A philosophy reminiscent of the quarians'. Observe the results of their efforts to maintain control.

A Reaper speaking out against control is interesting.

If you choose the paragon option, interestingly about destroy, the Reaper says the exact same thing but along the lines of destroying the Geth. Maybe it was pushing for Synthesis?

Actually it's weird that Shepard went back to the Alliance and willingfully let himself be imprisoned.

I am pretty sure Tech labs are not standard issue aboard Alliance Command vessels or any Alliance combat vessel for that matter. It made sense for Cerberus to include one as Shepard is heading of to fight an unknown threat with no esteablished supply depots or bases, everything he needed, needed to be amde on the Normandy.

But for a war vessel in the Allaince, if some kind of ressearch is needed, the data is probably sent to an established lab either aboard a larger ship or in a colony.

But still, you already have the tech labs, why rip them out and leave a mostly empty room with just a conference table?

Which brings us to the Control ending. it's time for Shepard to take Control of the Reapers, or is it.

Juxtaposing (wow, I'm not even sure that's a word) Shepard dying in space because of an air leak with Shepard being able to outwill the Reapers for control...there is an emphasis on how frail and helpless Shepard is against the vast vacuum of space. Shepard is mortal, he can make mistakes, and he can die. The beginning of ME2 kind of plays a role in ME3 as a warning, Shepard is not superman. That's why control is so laughable to me.
