Filthy mooching otters! There is no joy in wealth, lest it is properly earned. But while we're on the subject...

Also, by rich, I think Estebanus means he said he had like $50.

More like €753.000...

Oh, did you? I must have just been skimming because I remember something being said about 700 pesos, not euros.

Yeah, Otter said Pesos, I said euros.

Euros are lame. I liked marks. One of the coins had a neat bird on it.

Well yeah, but the euro is one of the things that helps the EU form a certain "european" identity, not a german one, or spanish, or czech, or italian one. It helps bringing the countries closer together.

That is, if there isn't a certain country *cough* Greece *cough* that decides to lie about how much money it owns and sends almost all of Europe into a huge crisis...

That's like, $820 or something. I haz moar tahn tat!

*facepalm*

you know that's almost 1.000.000, right?

The joke was about the fact that you used European decimals instead of US commas to designate thousands.

I am a german/danish/american, which means I'm 2/3 european, so I think I'm allowed to do that!:P

Wait, hold up.

Is Estebanus talking about having €753,000 or just €753?

I'm confused now.

You realize that . is decimal for many systems right? If you want to say you have a million dollars in english with number it is 1,000,000 or just 1000000.

Huh, I just noticed that when Hackett contacts you on the Citadel right after Anderson "dies" you can hear an echo in Shepard's voice. The same echo, I think, that you hear in the room with Star-Brat.

Oh, now THIS is interesting.  In the background of Shepard's echo, I can hear part of the Carnifex's sound.  Weird.

Actually, I might just be crazy.  It would be nice if someone else could listen and confirm or deny.

That's a good point and definitely possible. But why would he fly off if the beam was the only way up to the Citadel and TIM was on the Citadel? Or are we still considering that a hallucination?

Well, arent Sovereign-class Reapers like Harby like 2km tall? Maybe he's too big to use the beam.

Maybe just a little...:P What I meant was that TIM would have to go right by him it. Presumably he comes up after Shepard, so all Harby would have to do would be to wait.

Well, more impressed at the money you were bragging about earlier. Not more impressed by you. Money doesnt change who any of you guys are. I like you all because of your personalities, not because of your material possessions.

That sounds really corny, but its the truth. :D

Only thing that matters is the language you are using currency with. If you are writing in German then dot is the correct symbol to use for separating numbers, in English point is the symbol to use.

THANK YOU! Someone gets it.

In US currency everything right of the decimal or the word "and" is based on a percentile or less. In other words, pocket change.

NOOBS! :kissing:

I tend to think the same way. Many others don't. People always treat me differently when they know that I, in fact, am rich. Kinda pisses me off.

Oh, and please don't think I was bragging about my money! That sure as hell wasn't my intent!
