I was on the fence. I like the idea of IT. There are some good points to IT like the gun change and the husk eyes. But I find there is just as much wrong with it.
I took a look at the possibility of Shepard not bieng on the Citadel but on a component of the crucible that is attached to the Citadel. This would explain why there are human and geth peices on the platform. I believe this to be the case and therefore invalidates IT for me.
There'sdefinetly some points against this theory and I acknowledge the possibility of it being wrong. I believe this is the way we should all approch or present theories.
I find that the base of the decision chamber is shaped similarly to the shape of the peice that rides on the end of prongs that are above Shepard's head. Not only that but the structure above to control panel allows the decision chamber to fit right on top of it.
On top of that, if you think about the design of the crucible and the citadel, it makes sense to me that the energy flows from the crucible, back down to the control panel room, into the panels and out to the rest of the citadel.
OK.
So riddle me this:
My game ends with Shepard taking a breath in a pile of rubble.
How in the name of serenading Hanars is that possible if my Shepard was physically present in the Citadel/Crucible/in general not on planet Earth when he decided to destroy the Geth + Crucible + Mass Relays + all Reaper tech ever?
People who write sci-fi for a living
cannot fail physics that badly.
Seriously. Just explain me this. How did he make it back Earthside? How isn't he squished by the rubble from the Citadel/Crucible?
EDIT Whoa what killed that formatting?
