Huh. Why?

(You'd probably consider me a cynic, by the way---considering I often take the literal approach when looking at the digital clues).

Whoops... probably should have qualified that.

It's "And I won't be... until it's finished."

I go on last, so that I can ensure no one is forgotten.

Edit: I was laughing at the misunderstanding, not that you're going last, just to avoid confusion Posted Image

Hmm, glad I missed the logic debate a few hours back. That always drives me batty...
By the way, I see no one has brought this up yet (from the patch notes):

-Fixed an issue where the player would always be walking forward instead of towards objective in The Return mission

I've read that and reread it a dozen times and I still have no idea what it's talking about. Does anyone know?

This is a Cynic in the traditional philosophical sense, bringing others back to reason and keeping them grounded.

What interests me more is why when I made my slip up within the minute I had 4 or 5 people jumping on me going "WHY!?!" Like I was important or somthin.

Doesn't Shepard answer "We'd take our chance."? So he doesn't care about all those people plugged into life-support or heavily augmented. For him they can just go dark?? Not very noble of him to do that. Those are serious consequence with which Shepard has to deal after Destroy.

Seriously, we need an eyeroll or facepalm smiley.

paxx, that's singularly the most inane opinion to date.

The whole GALAXY is on life support, and you're worried about a few, who CAN'T HELP FIGHT?!!

please, continue, I haven't hit my giggle quota for today.Posted Image

Which mission is The Return? Is that when you get hit by the beam? Cause I think that may be referring to how even when you're walking backwards while injured, it shows the walking forward animation.

Speaking of patch notes:

-Fixed weapon recoil that could become reversed with a Turian when stability mod and passive power present

Glad they're finally fixing that. I noticed that back when the multiplayer demo was first released, and made a thread asking about it.

Gotcha.  Wasn't sure what you considered someone who's a thorn in the side of the more digital clues.

I'm sure everyone will be appreciative of you guys getting this together.

Yeah, The Return is the entire sequence after Harby's beam.  Never realized the walking animation was messed up that way.

This was posted on another thread by Chris Priestly:
"Also, the Extended Cut is being worked on. The team has been listening to what fans have asked for and are using suggestions to help create it. It is too soon to talk about it yet. I have seen some early work (no I will not give details) and what is being done is very good. When the product is ready to be discussed (as decided by the team making it), then there will be details, release dates, etc."

PS. This waiting is killing me...
PS2. I can't see my name on the list :(... ok, ok I can wait :)

Here, I'll just up and haphazardly throw this out there, for the hell of it: has anyone considered the possibility that Shepard's synthetic components, namely ones that assist him/her in their cognitive processes, might have been partially responsible for the Citadel sequences and the "framework" for the indoctrination attempt? Thinking about the geth virtual-reality hivemind, and them giving Shepard a gun because it's "familiar", has me wondering about the catalyst and the Shadow Broker panels.

I haven't really had a chance to throw much together in terms of an actual theory, or how it'd work.

That's where my brain was at earlier, when I was poking and prodding about the work done on Shepard's cerebral area.
